My husband and I spent 10 days in february at Pauline's and could have easily stayed longer. Stephan met us at our room upon arrival and gave us great information for everything we needed for our stay. The location is great, about a 10 minute walk to beautiful Palm Beach. The bus will also stop for you right in front if you want to explore other beaches (you will need a car/taxi for Baby beach). The grounds are very well kept and the chicken with her chicks were entertaining! Great restaurants within walking, try Pika's for very good local food. Next time we're in Aruba we will definately stay here. Thanks

Very nice short term rental. We had a studio but can fit my family of 4 comfortably. My kids loved the chicken in the yard. Very nice and clean place and a really relaxed atmosphere. The host and his employees were all very friendly and helpful. Conveniently to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. Perfect location, SO affordable, cute cozy apartment and AMAZING customer service. They were so accommodating from the moment we first messaged them considering there place. They actually even left us check in two days early very last minutes as our first Air BNB we had booked wasnt up to standard. The place is locked at night, has a safe and security system for each unit. For a group of 3 girls we felt VERY SAFE at all times. No doubt we will back to Aruba and we will for sure be staying at Paulines Apartments. 10/10

Stephan was there on our check in, and kindly showed us around the facilities that I consider is perfect for a couple. They offer service room everyday with fresh towels and cleaning room. The cleaning ladies are so friendly btw! You also will get beach chairs and towels, which is very handy, since you save money on the rent at the beach. The small kitchen helps a lot too, specially for breakfast. There is a regular size fridge so feel free to get all the beers you want to keep nice and cold lol The room has two closets and a safe. A king bed, AC and wood blinds. The bath is cool too, nice shower, just thought was a little dark. The location is also a plus. You’ll be close to the best place to go out at night - many of the restaurants and bars are in Palm Beach ( you should try Sole Mare, right on the corner). Overall, you’ll be on a strategic location and well accommodated. - I had a personal problem to solve at the end of my trip, and as Aruba is a place where holidays and Sunday’s everything is closed, Stephan and Patrick put me in contact with who I needed to talk. They are very kind! Highly recommend.

We stayed for nine nights in a studio apartment which was exactly like in the pictures; small but cozy. The apartment was very clean and there were hand sanitizers placed all over the building, cleaning service was offered everyday except Sundays. Stephan, the owner, was very helpful and organised us transportation from the airport to the apartment and vice versa. He also helped us to rent a car spontaneously for couple of days. Cleaning lady was very friendly and overall experience was very good, price performance ration is on point.

My husband and I stayed at Pauline’s for one week. Stephan greeted us when we arrived to the apartments. He even allowed us to have a one bedroom instead of the studio we originally booked, so it was nice to have the extra space. The apartment was clean and simple and had all the necessities for a week in Aruba. The pool on the property was very nice, and we had it to ourselves most of the time. Having beach chairs and beach towels included was much appreciated. The apartment is in a great location as it is closer to the busy/touristy areas of Aruba, but it’s also close to the main roads that allow access to the rest of the island. We had an amazing time, and my husband and I would be happy to stay at Pauline’s again!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Pauline's apartments. We went to Aruba for one month, to work remote and also take some vacation and we stayed in the 1 bedroom standard apartment. The stay was perfect, the apartment had everything we needed; from a very comfortable bed, to a nice bathroom and shower, to kitchen amenities allowing us to cook our food, to a nice little patio outside the apartment. The courtyard and grounds felt like a little tropical jungle which was so relaxing and peaceful. Stephan the host was very kind and helpful, providing us information on Aruba, giving us a happy island discount card which gave us 15% discounts at a few restaurants/bars, providing us beach chairs, helping us rent a car and answering all our questions. Our first few days, we had some issues with the wifi which was cutting out from time to time but Stephan directly called a technician who came to replace the router and we didn't have anymore issue with the wifi which was working perfectly for the remainder of our stay. We also had a daily housekeeping service from a very friendly and helpful staff. The location was also great, it is only 15 minutes walk from the Palm beach area. With a car, it was also very easy to get around for grocery stores and for exploring other areas of the island. I was very sad to leave this place as if I was leaving my second home. If we come back to Aruba, we will definitely be going back to Pauline's apartment and I will definitely recommend this place to anyone else going!

We had an extraordinary stay at Pauline's Apartments for many reasons. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, Aruba was a relatively safe have to travel to, although the island had been plagued by dwindling tourist numbers. As always, someone's loss is another one's gain and we could enjoy the beautiful Island of Aruba with only a few other tourists. A situation that would be identical to ,say, 25 years ago.. Aruba has taken serious prevention measures, with a mandatory negative PCR test prior to or upon arrival. Also at Pauline's, every possible precaution had been taken to make our stay, in total 16 days a very safe and enjoyable one. Our host Patrick arranged for an airport pick up and upon our arrival and introduced us to our apartment that was -in one word- fantastic. Every possible amenity was there, well appointed interior and updated appliances. The quality overall is very good. Great beds. Clean. Nice and clean pool, outdoor kitchen, BBQ was like a private restaurant, and all very intimate. Hammocks for everyone, and a very relaxed atmosphere. Washing machines -not coin operated- were available for use to the guests. Ample parking space in from of the gate. All set in a lush, tropical garden. If you go off to the beach, towels and comfortable beach chairs are included in the apartment's inventory. Keito is very close to everything. Super Foods supermarket is nearby, and Palm beach is a 15 mn stroll through the High Rise hotel area. 15% discount offered through Pauline's with several good bars and restaurants there is a great perk. Short drive (5 min.) to the wonderful beaches at Malmok and especially -one of our favorites- Arashi Beach. Also Oranjestad is very close and worth spending an afternoon (or two) for great shopping. Great snorkeling at both Arashi Beach and -an absolute must see- Mangel Halto Beach! We stayed in apartment no. 7 which was absoute top. Next to being great hosts, the complete staff at Pauline's did everything to make our stay memorable, with great tips and support. Their suggestion for Car Rental was one of these. We got a fantastic rate at Jay's Car Rental (Primavera, near the Airport) and like Pauline's Apartments I can recommend their services to everyone.

We stayed for 11 days and could not have been more pleased. This is our first time at Pauline's and did not know what to expect. We were greeted promptly for our check in by Li-Anne as Stephan was out of the country. She was very helpful and explained everything to us. Our room was clean, attractive and comfortable. The resort is very safe and it was a 15 minute walk to Palm Beach. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Pauline's and will likely return next year. Thank you to the staff
