This place is not really a hotel at all. The units are like small studio apartments. The pictures do not really tell the story as the place is not that well maintained. I only booked this because there was no out of pocket expenses using my United miles that way if I had to cancel, the miles would just be put back in my account. My advice is to spend the mony and go somewhere else so you won't be disappointed like we were. The check in was a disaster as no one was around. When we left my wife realized that she forgot her coat. I immediately emailed the manager Alex who did not even bother to reply. I'm sure that one of the house keeping staff is enjoying wearing the coat now.

Just competed my stay and I was pleasantly surprised. Accommodations are modest but very clean with all the odds and ends needed for a relaxing stay. Mgmt was wonderfully accommodating and responded to every request quickly. Pool was clean. Beds are comfortable. Towels were plentiful. This is a solid place to stay if you want a value priced launching pad for a wonderful time in Aruba.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of our 10 nights in Aruba. The room was small but very clean. A couple additional shelves in the built in cabinets would help greatly with storage. Kitchen was very handy but that’s not a full size refrigerator, just sayin’. The bathroom is tiny, the shower is tinier. I am not a huge person but there was no way I could have remained completely inside the shower and shaved my legs. There are no outlets in the bathroom and no mirror anywhere else so hair drying was a bit awkward. The toilet leaked from the seal at the bottom and didn’t flush well. There were plenty of towels including pool towels. The pool was okay, across the parking lot and only cleaned on our arrival day as far as I can tell. Every chair by the pool was broken to some degree. Disappointing. The provided beach chairs and cooler where greatly missed when we changed hotels. Super idea! Made trip to the beach so much nicer than they would have been without. Location: this is in a scruffy, mixed residential/commercial/light industrial area. The scenery is stacks of old pallets at the business next door. It is not quiet or peaceful. It sounded like cars were driving through our room. There is no view. You will need a car to get to anywhere. There are places to eat pretty close by but this is not a tourist/resort type area. Check in and check out we’re smooth and friendly. Overall, a comfy bed. You get what you pay for.

I stayed 8 days in the hotel, very nice room, I stayed in a studio suite with a full kitchen, very clean , 10 min drive to palm beach, safe, has free parking, good WIFI, nice smart TV, supermarket within walking distance. The price is very good considering the amenities and location of the hotel I enjoyed very much staying in Turibana plaza and I highly recommended it. I would definitely stay there again in my next trip to Aruba

My wife and I stayed at Turibana Plaze 5-13 June 2021. We had an absolutely perfect stay. I began working with Alex almost a year ago, pre-pandemic. He had to refund my money a few times, due to travel restrictions, etc. He was always honest and refunded 100% of our money, so we decided to keep booking through him and we are glad we did. Upon arrival at the property, we were warmly greeted by Alicia, the concierge. She continued to help during out whole trip. She was able to schedule the best snorkel tours, tables at 5-star restaurants on the beach, local vegan food that delivered via WhatsApp, and many many other nice things! Alicia was SUCH a good resource for local knowledge. The room: The room was freshly cleaned, in fact the staff was just finishing up as we arrived, which was nice to see. It is a spacious studio apartment, stocked with everything that you may need, e.g., pots & pans; silverware; blender; bottle opener; refrigerator; oven/stove; and many other amenities. Location: This gem is a 5 minute drive from Eagle Beach and all the shops & restaurants. You are a perfect distance from the hustle & bustle, yet close enough for comfort. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance, too. In conclusion, we highly recommend Turibana Plaza. The staff is more than happy to help you before, during and after your trip. The property is comfortable. The location is perfect. Enjoy!!!

Fair price for a nice room. Kitchen is handy and two beds were plenty comfortable. Cute and more importantly clean. Nice towels for bath and pool- and plenty of them! Pool is also nice and well maintained with perfect temperature

Very clean with good facilities. Anna was fabulous and helped us with hiring a car . She contacted us every couple of days to check in . Good size bed , kitchen basic but worked for us and nice pool area . I would suggest hiring a car if you stay here . Good local amenities highly recommend a visit to Island Grind and The Local Store.

As soon we got to turibana we were welcomed by the staff with a big smile and quick check in. Make sure you ask for the dining recommendations and activities. We did a UTV trip to the natural pool recommended by them and was a highlight of our trip. The room is super clean with a kitchennette to cook (if you like to) or keep the beers super cold when you arrive. Netflix and beach chairs are also provided in the room. Super recommended and will definitely stay there on my next visit to the one happy island.

We rented a room with a kitchenette and a balcony for 10 days, really affordable, clean, got one cleaning service for that duration of stay, easily coordinated via watsapp. Definitely need a car, but a couple of beaches are only 10 mins drive away, as are many restaurants on the main hotel strip. They provided us with a couple of beach chairs and a cooler, and beach towels. Laundry is on site. The pool is fun for the kids. Only issue ...some ants here and there, but not the kind that bite, n there was a bit of smell from the pipes, which easily dissipated once the balcony door was left open for ventilation. There was a wall mounted AC unit, which was nice to have. Overall, a huge bargain over the big hotels by the beach, hughly recommend it.

If you want to venture off strip...stay here...rent a car. Next door is a laundromat, a local bar for Dutch expats, and Green Snack Shack that my husband said had the best wings he's ever had. Alex the host was in touch with us almost every day of our two week stay. Very accommodating and gave excellent recommendations! Lovely private pool with hammocks. 10/10 would stay again.
