This was the cheapest hotel we could find in the area, and it was more pricey than we expected for what we received. The rooms themselves were clean and cosy, but the hallways were not as clean as you'd like, with a couple of extra beds and a vacuum cleaner just sitting in the hallway for hours. The view from most of the rooms is not of the Dead Sea, but rather various parking lots and a bit of the surrounding mountains.
However, the service was reasonable, there were fresh cold drinks and pastries available in the lobby during check-in time, to maintain guests during the wait for check-in.
Breakfast was excellent, sanitation during Covid-19 was well kept while not taking away from the hotel experience.
The pool is well maintained, but people were allowed to smoke too close to the pool and there isn't very much shade during the day to sit near the pool, despite the sunshades. It wasn't clear who the lifeguard was most of the time, which is not ideal.

The hotel location is good, just a short stroll to the "Round Mall", where we picked up our morning cappuccinos, then just a bit further to the lovely Ein Bokek Beach at the Dead Sea. The Shabbot Banquet was a delicious feast, while the Sunday dinner buffet and breakfasts were plentiful and tasty, enjoyed in a nice dining room. Although the stark public space needs a bit more personality, our room was comfortable and updated. We had a balcony with views out to the Dead Sea and mountains of Jordan, and the room and bathroom were more than ample. We spent two nights here and felt at home. Visit the Taj Mahal Restaurant on the edge of their property which offers traditional Middle Eastern dining with seating on cushions at low tables with plenty of Persian carpets and rich colors. We were adventurous and enjoyed an after dinner hookah which was fun. This was a nice place to stay at a more reasonable rate, and was a good location to access Masada and En Gedi.

First-timer to this hotel and everything was really good as usual. The staff is responsive at the top. The pool is large and clean and if you walk through the pool at sea it only takes 5 minutes. The hedgehog is varied and delicious. We recommend this hotel and we'll come back ourselves.

The hotel is outdated on the inside, the reception staff were unprofessional, two clerks were on duty and knew nothing about the management until the manager asked to help them, things moved a bit. We got the room at 3:20 p.m., a reasonable time. Towels in the room for 40 minutes I called the reception several times they said they would send but they didn't send anything and he waits and waits until I went downstairs to yell at them at four o'clock we got towels

He is on a family vacation in September. We spontaneously entered the Leonardo Inn Dead Sea Hotel. At the reception we met two nice women who gave us excellent treatment and service, we received an explanation of the process of booking a room at an affordable price. I want to say a special thank you to CEO Sheeran and Director of Admissions Sandra. We really liked the hotel. Clean pool. Very very tasty food. Clean room with a pleasant smell, comfortable beds, pillows. Highly recommend a perfect team.

Wow, shall we start with the good or the bad?
The worst hotel I've ever been in, old, small rooms, corridors with putty on the walls, unmaintained showers, no bar, no possibility to order lunch... oh and we only got the room at 5... up to this point I told my wife, "I don't know how Your mother convinced me to come to a hotel like this in the Dead Sea, but I fell, but I'm still smiling, at least we're having fun together". Dry white and yellow rice, dry chicken breast at the levels in the army I have never encountered such a sole, chicken in sauce, beef stew, and fish! This is the specification...
There are no waiters, no people at the stands, nothing...
There are no schnitzels for kids, no more talking about chips...
I couldn't say anything to the girl when she didn't touch the food because I myself ate a bite and a half...
Really, 2 stars is large for the hotel...
What's sad is that you pay the price of a 4-star hotel...

The only positive thing in this hotel is a reception worker named Lotof, only thanks to him you got 2 stars and not 1...
As a manager I say unequivocally, it's an amazing employee, insanely helpful, intelligent who knows how to talk to the customer... aspire

Ok hotel. Decent food, clean. However, terrible loud music playing till late. So loud we had to raise our voices in our room just to talk to each other. No way we could get a decent night’s sleep. It’s not even that there was anyone in the pool bar listening to the music. Unless you are deaf I can’t recommend this hotel.

A hostel, it's really not a hotel. We arrived yesterday, the building is old, the rooms and furniture are old from the eighties or so. We got to the room, there were no towels, there was no water and wine like in the other room we took. , we asked for towels, we received only 2 as we are a couple and a child and one of them was dirty something disgusting. Today they took the towels and gave us a clean one again, are we supposed to share a towel? And when I called to ask for more, they sent again only 2, even though I specifically asked for four. The food is reasonable, not tasty and there is no variety. We went to the pool today, it is small and dirty just like it is not cleaned.
It's a shame that it's Fatal's hotels and service, we expected much more especially in light of the fact that they charge a fee like Isrotel and other companies.
Not worth more than NIS 400 per night.

I have been staying at the Leonardo Inn Dead Sea Hotel for years since about 2012.
I arrived at the hotel on Sunday, I really like the hotel, the food is calculated for half board at the price of less than breakfast.
Nice food both cooked and McDonalds style native food.
In the morning a healthy Israeli breakfast.
The hotel staff is excellent.
Always help.
Hotel manager is nice and always helpful.
The kitchen staff are very nice, very clean and tidy.
I heard from the manager that in two years the hotel is supposed to undergo a general renovation so that everything will be better maintained and the service will look more equal.
At the price of this hotel in the Fatal chain, you get more, and even if you want to stay at another Fatal hotel, simply ask for a voucher from the clerk/receptionist and enter the facilities of other hotels in the Dead Sea region, thus saving the cost of the more expensive hotels.

While I can't answer for the hotel, they did not seem to closely monitor who went into the rooms. I suspect it won't be a problem.
