For some reason flies everywhere all day, all over buffet too. No where else to eat in Ein bokek except your hotel buffet apparently. Sit far from coughing guests with skin issues. Some buffet food good, some not so and rather expensive with no wine. Bar not easy to figure out if they had one or when some one was... More

The tiny window in the room doesn't give much of a view but being able to simply walk across the street to the beach more than offset that. We registered at the main desk (shared with Oasis Hotel) -- it wasn't very warm and welcoming. Wish we had known we could have walked down the hall and check in at... More

This is a small hotel with Shared minimal spa facilities. Although the hotel was clean and well appointed, it was lacking where it counts. Towels think and small and not enough. I had to call each day for more towels. No washcloths at all. Dining room... No coffee or tea in dining room at Dinner. Had to ask for napkins.... More

Came to the hotel for one day (unfortunately just one day), staff were welcoming from the beginning and tried to help us with parking, Anastasiya from the reception was highly professional and nice, Inga and the girls at the spa were amazing, location is good, food was tasty, very clean hotel, recommended!

Nicer outside than inside. A/C wasn't very good and customer service was poor at the reception desk. Restaurant was horrid. There wasn't enough salt in the Dead Sea to make that food taste good. Entire hotel stunk of cigarettes. Mostly Russian visitors, they ignore the rules and smoke in the rooms, the hallways and even the elevators. I told the... More

The room was good, enough place and a tiny window overlooking the dead sea. It was clean and comfy. The Spa was ok. Much smaller as the advertisement picture could let think. Sadly the day we went to the spa, it was dirty. The water quality in the jacuzzi was also suspicious. A group of russian teenagers was sitting inside... More

The hotel is OK. Clean. Good in an overall. Excepting 2 things. 1) the receptionist was so cold as the russian snow, never looked at us to our eyes and was telling us that she can't promise that the room will be reay at 15:00 as it should be, without blushing and without even saying they are sorry when this... יתרונות/ Advantages: * פקיד הקבלה היה אדיב במיוחד וסייע בכל בקשה ושאלה. The receptionist was extremely kind and helped us with every question or request we had. * מתקני הספא היו מפנקים ונוחים. The spa facilities are pampering and comfortable. * ארוחת הבוקר עשירה במיוחד וטעימה. The breakfast was pretty rich and tasty. * אווירה שקטה ונעימה הודות לאיסור על... More

I enjoyed the stay. Room and spa are great. The food isn't well enough as the room service. The food isn't clean and refill enough and I think that it should be better.
