The Royal Hotel has changed hands lately to a new management', no more Rimonim symbols. We have stayed at this hotel before and found the staff very helpful, trying hard to please, and do the best and fastest for you. Especially including the men behind the entrance desk, the staff in the dining room, and the staff at the spa!!... More

The male receptionists were impolite, curt, and not helpful. The rooms were fair and the hallways dirty and decaying. There was depressing evening entertainment. The breakfast and dinner were fair at most. The indoor pool was ok and the outdoor pool was acceptable. The hotel is close to a small mall which was nice.

The most disgusting hotel I recently visited. No doubt stay away !!!!!! Paying the price for a 5 star hotel and receive a level of hostel. The hotel is dirty , neglected and terrible. Everything IS old and not upgraded and NOT renovated for years. Room-dirty, smelly toilet from previous guest's urine, stains on the bedding and carpets. Hallway- dirty,... More

Not a 5-star hotel with very standard rooms and services. The breakfast is plain and the rooms are clean but not well maintained. That being said, if you come with low expectations and need some place to sleep to enjoy the Dead Sea maybe it will be fine for you.

I've visited the hotel with a group of friends, hoping the critics were not as bad as we heard.. Well unfortunately it was: The hotel was basically empty with poor staff. The bed linen looked used and there was hair on my pillow. The bathroom Looked clean but it had mold, and I had to kill a bug while being there.... More

We arrived for a family vacation and got a DIRTY room with OLD furniture and lots of STAINS on the bed and couch. The reception representative replaced the room and we got a slightly better room but still DIRTY. The towels came with STAINS and hair... The food was horrible, salty and at dinner you could see some feathers on... More

I have stayed at the Dead Sea on different occasions and hotels for about a week at a time and know what to expect from the area. Unfortunately whilst the rooms at the Rimonim were very good the pool and surrounding terraces were to small for the number of guests and at times felt claustrophobic and uncomfortable. The lobby area... More

Hotel (and crew) are at poor condition. The hotel was very luxurious- once upon a time, but now everything is worn to the ground, looks like the owner gave up on the place, the employees are following the owner's spirit. Calling room service- you have to stay on the line for ages until someone picks up the phone. Procurement purchased... More

I write only for the snack restaurant of the hotel!!! Despite the food (burger) was not very good, The snack restaurant on the pool was horrible. WORST SERVICE, table and chairs dirty. When I ask the waitress to clean the chair, she told me " take another one if its dirty"
