I've visited the hotel with a group of friends, hoping the critics were not as bad as we heard.. Well unfortunately it was: The hotel was basically empty with poor staff. The bed linen looked used and there was hair on my pillow. The bathroom Looked clean but it had mold, and I had to kill a bug while being there.... More

We arrived for a family vacation and got a DIRTY room with OLD furniture and lots of STAINS on the bed and couch. The reception representative replaced the room and we got a slightly better room but still DIRTY. The towels came with STAINS and hair... The food was horrible, salty and at dinner you could see some feathers on... More

I have stayed at the Dead Sea on different occasions and hotels for about a week at a time and know what to expect from the area. Unfortunately whilst the rooms at the Rimonim were very good the pool and surrounding terraces were to small for the number of guests and at times felt claustrophobic and uncomfortable. The lobby area... More

Hotel (and crew) are at poor condition. The hotel was very luxurious- once upon a time, but now everything is worn to the ground, looks like the owner gave up on the place, the employees are following the owner's spirit. Calling room service- you have to stay on the line for ages until someone picks up the phone. Procurement purchased... More

I write only for the snack restaurant of the hotel!!! Despite the food (burger) was not very good, The snack restaurant on the pool was horrible. WORST SERVICE, table and chairs dirty. When I ask the waitress to clean the chair, she told me " take another one if its dirty"

Stayed here in early August 2016 for only 1 night. Hotel needs some work, is quite old. Room was clean but shower didn't drain well. Wasn't in the room too much but was decent enough for what we were after. Pool is nice but closes at 6pm! - Bit disappointing on that front. Wifi also didn't work in room, only... More

So disappointing. One of the unique places on this planet...Dead sea, the lowest place on earth. With the mineral salt water that heals so many skin diseases, rheumatism etc. With two of the most Important archaeological sites of the last 2 millenniums, Masada and Qumran. This hotel seems like, sinking, similar to the sinkholes, alongside route 90, Dead sea. First, the room... More

We made a reservation upon arriving in the Dead Sea area via booking.com and made our way to the hotel. We were happily greeted by the hotel staff at reception. Our room did not have a sea view unfortunately but the size was good enough and bed comfortable. Hotel amenities were fabulous and we spent our time (after visiting the... More

Crowded restaurant. Staff who are generally rude. Room that will not cool down and no one shows up to fix the problem after a call. This place is in need of some better trained personnel. OK stay at best.

As many will know, last year I gave a review of this hotel. This year I was suppose to go to the Hod but the reservation fell through cause of a fire. So I decided to give this hotel another try being that the manager wrote to me to let him know that I was coming and they would do... More
