We needed a room at the Dead Sea for only one night and hotels in the area required a two night minimum. So despite knowing that the hotel was undergoing construction we went there because they would accept a single night reservation. The construction is everywhere. There is no escaping it. The noise starts early and finishes very late. Workmen,... More

Wonderful hotel to experience the Dead Sea. Unfortunately, they were busy with renovations as well as rebuilding due to a recent fire which meant the Spa was not available. Loved the private entrance to the beach and swimming/floating on the Dead Sea was the highlight. Lovely dinner with the best chocolate cake ever for dessert.

The staff went out of their way to help us feel welcome and comfortable. There were some renovations going on however this didn't impact our stay. Our room was lovely, pool was great and the food was wonderful. Comfy bed, close to the beach and a small drive to Masada. Would recommend and return there again.

They were doing some renovation, but the hotel is very comfortable, very close to the beach, decent pool. Food is not the most exciting, but all in all good quality. Service was very welcoming. And...we got a great deal. I would definitely go back again.

I would like to thank the staff especially the general manager Hamid for the fantastic way my film crew and I were treated. We had a very busy schedule where we left the hotel early and some nights returned late, however Hamid had arranged packed meals for the days we could not eat at the hotel. And the two rest days... More

Absolutely amazing! The accommodation, the amenities, the food, the staff, Outstanding! We had premium accommodation, rated as a 4 star, however much closer to a 4.5 + star in my opinion. More authentic and great value compared to other neighbouring premium hotel chains. A pleasure to highly recommend. Well done folks!

We are just finishing a five week stay at the Hod Hamidbar Resort and Spa Hotel. The hotel management and staff are very friendly and have become like family to us. This is our third visit over the last three years and we are planning on returning again next year. 1. It is an extremely well managed hotel and the... More

We stayed for one night. Rolled into town at 1500 check in, got settled and went down to the spa, picked up towels from the automated machine and went down to wade, bathe in the Dead Sea. The hotel was nice and comfortable. It appears to be a favorite among Russian speakers. I recommend paying for dinner with the room.... More

It was a short vacation, mainly for treatment with Dead Sea minerals. The great advantage of this hotel is an orientation for such kind of customers: the beach is very close to hotel (no need to cross any traffic road) and in addition there are covered pools with mineral water and sulfur salts (besides other SPA services) - free of... We spent there two nights with friends during last weekend. Rooms were ok,but not so spacy and with only side view to the sea. We went to the pool and spa as we arrived in the late afternoon, but it was so crowded that we went back to the rooms for a nap .The pool was too noisy and unacceptably... More
