I stayed 3 nights. Staff were very nice. Many of them speak Russian and some speak Arabic. Some German guests left souvenirs on some walls... funny. Rooms were very nice and clean but the toilet got stuck without any reason! Very cheap toilet paper. liquid soap in rooms made in china?! full with chemicals. 4 stars hotel? Health pools were closed because of corona. There is a modern Gym which is a nice thing to have. Products sold at the shop are not organic... On Friday night although I was already in the hotel my parking place wasn't kept and I had to park outside of the hotel... not nice. Food was like in the Israeli army... very bad. Only good meal was Friday evening with rattetoi and good fish. All the rest of the meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) were not good. Tasteless food. juices made of syrop and water??!! Is this a 4 stars hotel or a hostel??! Friday lunch very bad for 130 shekels??! Saturday lunch by the desperados Bar for 75 shekels also offered on Friday wasn't good either, at least it was cheaper. No nuts at any of the meals... no bitter chocolate offered... only when asked a nice lady from the stuff brought me several. Ice cream and tons of cakes in a hotel that is meant for adults... 100 kinds of breads... always rice and carrots like in the army. Apple pie by the reception bar was good. How come reception doesn't sell mineral water? 5 people came when I was sitting there between 11-1 and asked for it. Took a strong massage from a Russian guy... very professional, worth the money. He also speaks English and German. Alarm clock too weak. Many rooms have balconies with sea view. The beach is right next to the hotel. I understood that before the corona time, this is the place where people aged 30-40 usually stay at the dead sea. Toilet in the room were clean but the public ones downstairs smelled like strong urine... Room service very efficient.

On a excursion from a cruise ship docked in Ashod had lunch then used the hotel facilities to change for a dip in the Dead Sea. Lunch was very good, we were the first group in, plenty of choices both hot & cold savory & a good selection of desserts, including gluten free, with great ice cream. For a locker key needed some form of ID we used our ships card. There are plenty of showers for after your dip in the Dead Sea & you can use the hotel towels. If using the beach in this area take some swim shoes if you have them because the sea bed is covered in salt crystals which are painful to walk on. We had a local beer in the bar afterwards which was very good & a nice ending to the trip.

Lunch had been arranged here for our tour party of 19, before a swim in the Dead Sea. The lunch buffet was very good with a wide range of tempting dishes. As well as lots of dessert choices, there was some excellent ice cream available. It was useful to be able to use the hotel changing facilities for our swim in the Dead Sea, which was a very interesting experience.
