We stayed here for 7 nights and enjoyed it so much!! Especially the food was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. It was a great week and we will definitely come again!

The experience began when we rolled up to this purported five-star hotel and the porter stood by and watched my husband remove our luggage from the car. Then we were directed to park across the highway in a patch of mud. The man who checked me in was both rude and condescending. I asked about dining options and he fairly...

This is the 6 time we return to this hotel, during the last three years.we find the hotel services and athmosfare, improving from one visit to the other. Especially Nataliya in the reception who remembers us and greets us in a very nice and friendly manner. We also brought our visitors from abroad, to a Fun Day,which was a great experience...

This was our second visit to Herods Dead Sea. Two years ago we were impressed by the politeness and friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately this wasn't repeated this time. We arrived at the same time as a coach party and the reception area was very noisy. The receptionist who checked us in hardly smiled and didn't bother to make herself...

We arrived Friday afternoon and left Sunday morning. We enjoyed the hotel's facilities, the garden room we chose was very good, breakfast was fantastic. Cleanliness in the rooms should be improved. On the whole - we had a very good experience.

Even better than our previous stay. Room was well equipped and clean. Great sea views. Nice pool area and well maintained beach. Excellent spa. Best food we have had in an Israeli hotel, great selection.

This was a great hotel. All the rooms face the sea (I believe), the buffet restaurant food is great and the rooms are comfortable. The sea front they have is lovely and the indoor and outdoor pools are also great. I had a massage which was fabulous and only wished I could have stayed longer. Unfortunately there was a bit...

I must admit: present experience was so much better than the previous ones with the hotel, that I wonder if it wasn't a " lucky strike " Anyway I love the Dead Sea and the Dead Sea area but the hotels usually deliver a mediocre experience.. it wasn't the case From the very pleasant check in and check out (...

While the building itself is older the interior has been completely refurbished to a very attractive and modern look and feel. It has all the amenities of a 5 star resort and pretty good service albeit a little lacking on the phone. The Spa is great with all of the amenities and treatment options, including 2 sulphur pools. The indoor...
