We had a wonderful day at the SPA of Herods Hotel. Staff was very helpful, ambience and atmosphere at the Spa are superb. Both of us got a professional massage treatment which was great. Highly recommended!!

Good location along the dead sea shore, private beach directly from the hotel, comfortable access, good spa and swimming pool facilities. Front desk and service very polite and helpful. Parking is not guaranteed in the hotel parking area, outside the hotel the parking is not free. Rooms are not maintained well. Food level is good. not as expected from this...

This is my fifth time at this hotel and it is amazing every time. The price is very high, and i recommend to come not on Israeli holidays- so you would find good deals and the hotel will not be full. The hotel is quiet, with perfect spa. Not for families with kids. The food is delicious, kosher like most...

Clean hotel, needs some touching up. We paid for meals, food was good as far as the presentation. Pools warm, all decent. Waiters don't speak English or Hebrew. A small setback. Dad identified a cockroach in the restroom, not a big deal. Not a infestation.

I stayed at Herods for 2 nights during my 8 day trip in Israel expecting it to be a 5-star Spa hotel. I had problems with the check-in because my travel company apparently didn't send them the reservation info. Agreed it was not the hotel's fault, however the hotel's staff couldn't care less and weren't co-operative. I had my travel...

Service : Very disappointing. Lady checking us in couldn't speak English, staff running around like headless chooks, call guest service on phone and it rings out on...

Awful hotel. Forget about kid friendly- it is anti children. Most amenities exclude anyone under 16. Customer service terrible. Table cleared by bus boys as I was eating. Actually asked me if I was done as I was eating! Found a bug in my bed. Possible bed bug. Possible beetle. Regardless- having not even seen the room, I was dismissed...
