We came for a day to enjoy the Dead Sea, expecting 5-star quality facilities. First off the spa was pretty poor -- facilities are from the 80's and look like they were never renovated; the lockerooms were terrible - bad smell, towels and clothes on the floor, no soap or shampoo - truly not what you'd expect from such a... It's a nice hotel with great service, clean rooms, convenient location, and great entertainment. I liked very much service at the Spa and the Spa itself: all treatment were amazing and waiting area very relaxing. Breakfast was good but has limited chooses comparing to other hotels in the same area.

This hotel was a true highlight of our recent family Bar Mitzvah trip to Israel. It is simply spectacular, ideally located, beautifully furnished, impeccably staffed with lavish offerings and excellent food. From the moment we arrived, our large party was taken care of with patience and the utmost respect. Our rooms were assigned most expeditiously, all on the same floor... More

Hotel Daniel was few years ago very nice and was worth 4 stars, now its worth only 1 star, lot of things broken, in the kitchen and dinning hall they have birds flying above your food, coming to taste your food while you are away, cats inside too, under the table, its a health hazard. We went to the spa... More

It's a nice hotel with a salty pool from the dead sea it self The food is good and tasty... The area is a little bit boring... The home was very busy and a little bit crowded. But the kids had fun! And the spa was great

From the front desk to the food and beverage manager to the dining room manager and each waiter, waitress and employee...top notch! We stayed here for two nights and were a large group. The staff went above and beyong to ensure that we had everything we needed and wanted. And with a smile! Thank you for making our stay incredible!

This was a fine hotel to stay in with a short walk to the Dead Sea. They even have a pool in the hotel with the same water consistency of the Dead Sea if you are unable to get down to the Sea. Beautiful view from the room too.

We are gluten free, so I made friends with the new restaurant manager, named Esham. He told me that he lived in California for over 10 years, he is onsite daily from 7am-9pm, and he is striving to turn things around in the dining facility. I would say he is doing so, and we appreciated when his chef personally came... More

We enjoyed full boarding while we stayed at the Daniel, the food was excellent. The room was confortable but the there was dust a bit everywhere and the furniture clearly old/used. The really down side was that no one was able to explain to us how to take the bus to the Dead Sea, although very close, because I am... More

After a disappointing visit six months ago ,we have tried one more time ... Unfortunately not much has changed . The food was definitely better , but that's about all .Shabby, not clean room with a malfunctioned shower. Bad smell in spa area (sauna and showers) as well as sand in spa pool. Confused service at the front desk .... More
