First you need to know about what you are getting when travelling to the Dead Sea in November. There are lots of Russian and other longer term guests with illnesses requiring treatment. The construction on the hotel strip should conclude in a year or so but has made the beach inaccessible without a shuttle. The water in November is cold... More

Old hotel but renovated with large rooms and modern fittings. You have spa with dead sea water and outdoor pool. Excellent meals and kindly staff. Unable connect to Internet devices with Windows 10. A little far from the beach.

We stayed one night as part of a tour group. It appeared that we were the only tour group and that many of the other guests were local Israeli's. That was nice. The lobby and bar seating area and views are very good and the service was as well. The beach is a 2 minute shuttle ride or a 6-7... More

We spent 5 days at the hotel. Very friendly staff, nice newly furnished and convenient room, excelkent food. Would like to especially to mention Sarina in the registration who was very helpful, answered all the questions and provided a good feeling during our stay. It is a higly recommended hotel.

The lobby look very nice. Staff is very friendly, good choice of breakfast and supper items, food is testy. Good programs in the lobby. But spa area was not clean and, unfortunately, hotel's beach is closed.

We really had a bad expérience in this hotel. The bathroom was not clean when we arrive in the room, the SPA is disgusting (people are walking with shoes inside the spa and until the border of the swimming pool), having a bathrobe is possible but only after asking 3-4 Times. The beach? Yes but you must walk 5-7minutes (or... More

Stayed here just one night as part of a tour of the Holy Land. It's a good hotel, good aircon and wifi, free room fridge and closely located to the beach front. Yes there a fair number of guests from Russia and other Slavic countries, but they were no trouble as far as I was concerned. If you want to... More

Nice clean hotel, with good sized rooms. Beautiful view of the Dead Sea from the room. Good choice of breakfast items. There are a number of guests who are there for various skin treatments and they share the communal pools / sauna/ steam pools so bear this in mind.

We have previously visited this hotel in the winter but in the summer it was equally great. Despite the larger number of guests there was no reduction in the service. There were plenty of food selections as well. The outdoor pool was exceptionally great in the hot weather. The other deterrent was not easy access to the dead sea proper.... More
