We were looking for a place to stay during our outdoor activities around Kisoro. The hotel offered a very good European standard for a fair price. Food and service were perfect. We hope to come back here next year. Thank you!!
What an amazing part of the world. Somewhere I would recommend anyone to explore. It's volcanoes, forests and lakes make it pretty special. The location of Mucha really helps you feel like you can get the most of its. The river by the hotel makes...More

I have stayed in Kisoro for 10months now! I don't think any body who stayed/stays in Kisoro would dream of a Fan or A/C. Mucha is perfectly 100% on either ways leading to Gorillas. Sarah is exceptional friendly whether she is at Mucha or in town/market and you interact with you feel like not letting her go away. Mucha has nothing to do with the bumpy road. Muzungu love African massage!!!

Dear destination 2013
thank you for your nice feedback. Especially Muzungus (but not only!) love the climate in Kisoro as it is like a European summer in the mountains. It is warm during the day and a bit chilly during the night.
Heading to Mucha Hotel from downtown Kisoro gives you the real unbeaten experience of a short African massage. Unfortunately now they have planned to construct a new road -).
Hope to welcome you soon at Mucha River!
