Great selection of breakfast while on the roof overlooking Stonetown. Friendly staff. Awesome coffee. AC. Walked to the ferry terminal. Walked to the ocean. Loved the pizza. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.

My stay at the Zanzabar coffeehouse was truly fantastic. Everything from the service, to the room, to the breakfast on the roof was great. I had friends staying at other hotels in stone town, and I think that my experience was better!

We spent 4 nights at the Zanzibar Coffee House and enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The staff were wonderful! We arrived in Zanzibar by air at 1AM and arranged airport pickup with the Coffee House. I didn't want to have to "discuss" fares with a taxi driver at that hour. The pickup went perfectly. We didn't get up... More

We stayed two nights at the coffee house and enjoyed it a lot. It's well located in Stone town, it's very cosy and clean. We loved the rooftop area which offers a great view of stone town and delicious breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Great staff making this Coffehouse a superb experience when you are in Stone Town. We stayed there for one night before heading to the beaches. Nicely located in the centre and close to the fish market. Best breakfast we had in 3 weeks Tanzania! Thank you Coffee House!!

We arrived rather hot and flustered after our flight and onward transport to Stone Town. On walking into the Coffee House we found tranquility. A warm welcome and a complementary drink. Our room was on the second floor, very clean and tidy and furnished in a traditional Zanzibar manner. The house maid was very kind to the children who had... More

This place has a lot of charm to it and is an absolute must for coffee lovers :) The whole house is decorated and furnished to go with the overall coffee theme. They pay a lot of attention to details, such as a sample bag of their house blend propped up on your pillow or coffee-bean-shaped key chains. Also, all... More
