We had room 1 which was a twin room which I did request but I did miss having a balcony and ot was rather dark but comfortable. The stairs are very steep so it worked out for my mom. The restaurant was on the top floor and the breakfast is rather good. The staff were

This hotel was just okay. The positives were good air conditioning, good location, and good wifi. The negatives were that it is a bit tired, the restaurant is dry, the food was mediocre, and on more than one occasion, we had to request basic things like towels, water, and coffee

Dear Guest, We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our guest service and experience. I am happy to hear you found our room and location to your liking . However, I am sorry to hear that you had less than a satisfactory experience through your encounters with our service. I would like to let you know that we had a technical issue in our laundry and we did restock the towels once the issue was brought to our attention. I truly apologize for this inconvenience. Looking forward to welcome you in the near future. Thank you. Alifya Nizar.

We couldn't believe how beautiful and unique this hotel was. We had a spacious room on the third floor and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat of Zanzibar. The location in Stonetown was great because we could walk everywhere and explore the old city. The

I had them meet us at the ferry terminal in Stone Town to drive us to their location. Just e-mail them directly, they are usually very responsive. The beauty (and frustration) of Stone Town is the winding narrow roads/walkways, so it's worth it to pay to have them pick you at the terminal and ensure you get there to start. Once you find it for the first time, it is easy to navigate home. Just my thoughts. Enjoy!
