Beautiful accomodations, fabulous infinity pool (small), perfect two bedroom villa, gorgeous balcony in the middle of palm trees bananas, fruit trees and jungle foliage. Don't miss the tortoises on prem and nearby waterfalls. Magnificent view of the ocean. Staff is courteous and accommodating. A bit away from the main tourist spots.
Ulrike and her team make a very enjoyable experience of Mahé. The accommodation, self catering, is excellent, very spacious, very private, high quality standard, extremely safe and has one of the best views of the Indian Ocean from its terrace! Passing the Constance Ephelia hotel, you will find one of the best beaches in Mahé.
My wife and I stayed at Villas de Jardin back in November 2018 on our honeymoon trip through the Seychelles, but looking at our notes and pictures, it feels like it was yesterday! The first thing you have to know is that the villa offers easily among the most amazing views I have every witnessed! The pool is a couple hundred metres off the villas but it is even more incredible and you can check out the villas themselves. There's nothing to fault - it is all PERFECT. Lounging at sunset in the pool will get you close ups of the delightful fruit bats, while morning chills on the terrace with the loungechairs is just paradisical. Okay, I admit it would have been even better if this was a fully fledged hotel with a restaurant (with this view!) and on-site service, rather than a rented villa. But even this way, we rarely lacked for anything. There are a couple of shops down the slope (by the way you ABSOLUTELY need a car if you book here) and a restaurant which I dont quite remember but seems to be called Del Place nowadays, is a short drive away. Having been on many beaches at this point, we welcomed the forest scenery, but if you're after a beach, then this might not be the best place for you - the closest adequate option is at Port Launey, at about a 10-15min drive to the northwest (but it's a pretty neat beach!). The staff is very kind and helpful and the house was really quiet. Overall, a stay we will always fondly remember!…
I went there with my husband for our honeymoon and it was a pure delight. Some days we slept in and read books outside on the terrace bed and at night made dinner and had drinks. We stayed a week and had pretty active days driving to other areas of the island. The days we did not want to cook dinner, there is a fun restaurant near that we loved have dinner or at least an apero at. It is a quiet region and to go to some areas of the island you have to drive through windy roads through the forest, we LOVED it, maybe that isn't for everyone though. I would highly recommend the apartments and rent a car if you are staying there!
Spacious villa with spectacular views from the balcony and infinity pool. Walking distance to a great restaurant, awesome waterfall and amazing beach, though a car is recommended. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the attentive service.
