Nice, clean, friendly and safe hotel with excellent wi-fi at reception and bar. Great pools, good food and reasonably priced. Nice little village with arts and crafts for sale. Locals a bit too eager to sell.

You can view the many pictures of the pool on their website and on tripadvisor. The pools (there are three of them) are great, especially if you have a toddler, the kiddie pool is huge and has a little waterfall, it is great. There are two small sandy beach areas where you can find seashells right next to the hotel,...

Arrived for a workshop with my partner. Was informed that we had to take full or half-pension and that all prices were per person and not per room! Although the grounds are pleasant (village type with peacocks and Baobabs etc) - the prices are astronomical and almost everywhere else in Saly is cheaper and the food better than in the...

I was in this hotel for 6 days for a work-related event. The good: The gardens. Food was good. The mediocre: The rooms and the service. I specifically asked for a room that was quiet…and I could hear every step of the person above me. I complained TWICE about the shower gel dispenser not working. Never solved. Soap was the...

I would rate the La Teranga Resort as a 3 1/2 out of 5. La Teranga is located a short walk to the main strip in Saly. The resort grounds are stunning beautiful and very well maintained on a daily basis. The villas are very nicely laid out and comfortable. The only fault I could find was that they could...

I stayed at La Teranga when attending a workshop early this month. The place is beautifully laid out with exquisite landscaping. The chalets are laid out very tastefully like African village huts. The interior is very comfortable and reasonably clean. The restaurant was mediocre and prices were high. The place teems with peacocks and a variety of birds. The majestic...

This Resort is a total rip off. The staff are very rude & feel that it is fine to just add extra charges to you billls. Well over priced & the food is not great. There are lots of places to stay in Saly, best avoid this one. We are a group of 10 people who visit Saly twice monthly...

This is hotel claim to be a 4 star hotel, but probably 10 years ago. at this moment i cant give it more than 2. Prices are very high for the quality of rooms and food you are getting. I wont suggest anyone to go there.

We spent one week at the Teranga and really enjoyed it. It is better to expect a good 3 star hotel than a 4 star deluxe, but the first asset of the resort is its staff. A perfect and smily service that makes you forget some small details. We were in a villa which was very comfortable and spaceful inside...
