We stayed at Gite Atlas Mazik for 4 days and we loved it! We dont usually leave reviews but felt the need to for this place because we were so pleased. Everyone was SUPER friendly and did everything they could to make us feel welcome. They didnt pressure us to go on any tours either which was nice. Also, the... More

Very beautifull vievs from terrace, you can eat traditional maroccan eating, rooms clean, calm, and in good style, close to road on jebel toubkal, you can get from host a lot of information about mountains. Ideal place for rest after trekking, i miss to Imlil;)

My friend and I stayed two nights here, and it was divine... very peaceful! We spent many hours on the terrace overlooking the mountains & community gardens, watching the sunset... Woke up to the birds & fresh bread, olives, eggs & sweet tea for breakfast. Hussein, his father and his younger brother were very friendly and helpful. The kids running... More

I went to Gite Atlas Mazik with my boyfriend on may. The family that runs the hostel is very kind and helpful. They will be happy to help you with any doubts you have. It's a really good place to stay and to do the treking to the Toubkal. The terrace of the place is very beautiful and the views... More

Unfortunately this property wasn't suitable for me as I'm 66 so I had to move down to the city, but for young people wanting to walk & explore for the price & location would be perfect, but one thing I have to stress is you will not find nicer people than the owners no matter where you go, they will... The Staff were friendly. The location was good for a trip into the mountains but a 1km from the nearest shop in the town of Imlil it was difficult to find first time but was in a very beautiful setting in a local village. The rooms were very good and spacious. There were two bathrooms which were adequate as there... More

wonderful day out, Larson and Hussein taught our group to cook a traditional beef tagine. lovely authentic Moroccan gite with beautiful views. they had the option of sit down toilets or the normal hole in the ground. sit down toilets become a luxury pretty quickly in Morocco. Genuine people running the gite and they were all very welcoming. would have... More

Visted the gite in December. Honestly, it was freaking cold in our room, as there is no heating and nights in the mountains can be very cold. However, the host provided us with numerous thick blankets and once in bed, it wasn't that bad at all. Breakfast was served on the terrace, with views over the surrounding mountains and once... We spent here for 1 night during our travel trough Morocco. We would have been happily stayed more days to explore the places nearby and climb Toubkal, but unfortunately we had no more time. The location is beautiful and pictorial, but extremely hard to find. You won't find it without any help it is for sure! Luckily we met some... More

We have not stayed at this place. We had gone for a daytrip to Imlil from Marrakech using a grand Taxi from one of the taxi stands. When we reached Imlil, Ibrahim from Atlas Mazik, offered to guide us through a short couple of hours trek through the terrain and local Berber villages. His price was good and we agreed.... More
