We spent three nights at Riad Oussagou in Imlil. The Riad is a bit worn along the edges, but is comfortable with spacious rooms, a nice indoor sitting area, and a large terrace with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and nearby village. Mohammed is the caretaker and does a very good job tending to your needs without being overbearing....

We were very pleased with the great hospitality throughout the whole stay. The host offered to pick us up in Marrakesh, which we gladly accepted. The Riad offers great views of the Atlas. Relaxing on the terrrace, after hiking is recommended. The room was clean, quiet and spacious. Breakfast very nice. We recommend to stay at least one night at Oussagou!

5 of us stayed at Riad Oussagou in 4 rooms in late March 2017. Hossan the owner was so hospitable and welcoming and was lovely to talk to in the evenings. Mohammed the chef was also very helpful, He have us a cooking lesson on making Meat tagine and Berber omelettes for free! The breakfasts were self service with a...

Initially we were a little disappointed at how far out of the centre of Imlil the Riad was but in fact the walk isn't that far. On arrival our rooms were not ready even though it was late afternoon. However we were warmly greeted and given mint tea on the rooftop terrace. When we finally got to our rooms two...

When you go trekking, then you lower your expectations, so I did. The results are always greater then! Staff just jumps to your request and treat you not as a customer but as a guest without any expectations from ... just because they want you to be happy. Loved the experience from the sleepover through the food to the entire...

We stayed one night in the Oussagou during a hiking trip in the Imlil region. The guesthouse is a bit out of the village center, but still in normal walking distance. We found the room to be rather small and humid (and therefore a bit smelly). It was icy cold outside, but the heating (air condition) did a good job...

We were well looked after by Mohammed at this cosy mountain retreat. The rooms were comfortable and the food - served in front of the warming log fire - simple and delicious. The riad is well located for mountain walks. We enjoyed a 4-hour trek with an impressive hot lunch cooked in a "field" kitchen along the way.
