What a fantastic location for a dream trip. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much for them. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and very picturesque. The main dining area had many choices for breakfast as did the dinning area. The Peninsula Restaurant was a great place to each lunch and a wonderful location to eat dinner with views of the sea. The boathouse staff were very helpful and friendly and arranged snorkelling and glass bottom boat trips as well as loaned out the pedalows and all within the AI price. The rooms were lovely and well looked after. There was the possibility of keeping your room on, but if not you could make use of the cabin for a shower although it was small and had no air conditioning. We were offered a lovely room for the last day which was one of the best ones available (thanks to the front of house manager). A dream trip for us that exceeded our expectations

My wife and I spent a week at this lovely resort as part of a two week stay in Mauritius.

As we had recently celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary we took advantage of the hotel’s anniversary/ special occasions package and it proved a most enjoyable week.

Our room was very comfortable and convenient to all of the hotel’s facilities and towels, including pool towels were replaced every day as were the bottles of water.

There is a daily programme of activities which can be accessed via the tv in the room. All rooms enjoy a good view towards the cove and other facilities and have a balcony or terrace.

The food on offer was excellent and the hotel operates a dine-around scheme across three of its four restaurants with the majority of menu items free for guests on half board and all-inclusive with only a few items attracting an additional cost e.g. lobster. One other restaurant The Cove is at an additional cost even if on half board or all-inclusive packages.
The Dining Room, the main restaurant varies its offer each day of the week ranging from Mediterranean, Mauritian and Indian buffets to a table dote menu. Breakfast is also available here. We were also treated to a special celebratory dinner on our last night with a complementary anniversary cake and complimentary bubbly.

Facilities on-site are good with a Spa, Gym and a water sports centre from which guests can hire for free paddle boards and kayaks.

Given the layout of the resort and its size relative to its limited number of rooms, circa 60 , nowhere on site seemed crowded, with lots of loungers, pods, hammocks and comfortable seating areas dotted around the site many of which are quite private.

Given its location on the north of the island overlooking Coin de Mere it can be a little windier than some other parts of the island although this did not spoil the experience for us.

A very comfortable hotel which is highly recommended

If you want to immerse yourself in a cozy and elegant Mauritian atmosphere, this is the hotel you should choose. The location in the north of the island with a milder climate and the proximity of Grand Baie are a plus.
All common areas and rooms are decorated in a very chic and simple colonial spirit.
The gardens are magnificently flowered and wooded, a beautiful little beach in an extremely peaceful cove. The small peninsula of the hotel is splendid with gardens where deckchair areas are well isolated from each other, an infinity pool, a bar and a restaurant which overlooks the ocean with an extraordinary view of the small surrounding islands just a few steps away. not far away (ah the view of Coin de Mire!). The small waterfalls with swimming pools at the entrance to the peninsula and views of the small private beach are very pleasant.
The meals in the different restaurants, the drinks offered in the 2 bars are varied based on fresh, often local products, well prepared and served. Beautiful wine list too, all at reasonable prices.
The service in all areas (breakfast, lunch and dinner, beach, bar, swimming pools, rooms) is very professional and attentive, provided with extreme kindness: it is discreet, efficient, and not stuffy.
I particularly enjoyed the small rum tasting organized free of charge several times a week, with very interesting comments from the main bar manager.
Free drinks are regularly offered throughout the day and a small free-access tea, cake and detox drink bar is open from approximately 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
The boat house offers free water activities (including pedal boats, canoes, small catamarans, snorkeling trips to the coral reef, etc.) For an affordable price, the hotel also offers a sea trip with its own catamaran (15 , 20 places reserved for guests) to the small offshore islands (lunch and snorkeling included).
The musical atmosphere in the restaurants and bars is very soft to make the most of the sounds of the multiple and colorful birds, the sound of the wind or the surf.
Deckchairs spaced fairly far apart both around the swimming pools, the small beach, and on the peninsula which preserve everyone's privacy.
The rooms are sufficiently spacious and very comfortable: we had the pleasure of being upgraded to a superior suite.

Our three weeks stay at this hotel was a dream! A great location, beautiful rooms, little nooks and crannies everywhere, so you never felt like you had landed in a "mass bunker." The hotel is the perfect size and offers indescribably good food! We were happy to be guests at the Dining Room, XO and Peninsula, with the Peninsula particularly convincing with its quiet location, closely followed by the XO! We have seen a lot of great and dedicated employees every day, who have made sure that the facility is and remains top maintained. Especially Veeren has stayed in the memory, who has very great flower arrangements in the water bowls distributed throughout the complex and was super friendly.:-) Generally the service at the hotel is top! The employees don't seem stressed at all and it seems like they really like working there! Here Michael (beach bar) and Navina (stay bar) stayed especially in our memory - always good to have always polite and for fun!:-) This serenity carries over to the whole atmosphere there. In our time there we had rented a car for several days and explored the island. As soon as we came back in the evening and drove through the gate to the hotel, it was like time just stopped. One was immediately relaxed!
Many thanks to all the staff and the entire team at Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel!! We will definitely come back!:-)

Excellent across the board - all the employees are very, very friendly, multilingual, courteous, thoughtful and so helpful - which is no longer a given these days. I could now mention the names of employees here, but I would really have to list all the employees - so I'll leave it alone. This is certainly thanks to the German general manager Chrsitian Bräu, because he runs his hotel with a lot of heart, love, respect and therefore with absolute Success - because you can feel the team spirit and cohesion in the hotel. The entire hotel complex is very inviting, tastefully decorated in colonial style - you immediately feel like you have arrived. Since the hotel is completely open, you can be in the fresh air all day long and enjoy the pleasant breeze that comes from the sea. The boutique hotel has several pool areas, which are very well maintained and impressive. The pool on the peninsula is special, there is an infinity pool with a view of the sea - a dream. Our room was very clean, very tastefully decorated - in colonial style, and the balcony really invites you to linger with a fantastic view of the lagoon. The restaurants and bars leave nothing to be desired. The food in all outlets meets the highest demands of gourmets. We were always surprised by the preparation and decoration of the dishes and enjoyed it very much.
We will definitely come back to this wonderful, exquisite boutique hotel Le Paradise Cove - a hideaway - and are already looking forward to it. We would like to thank all the employees here for our unforgettable vacation. Thank you! Christine & Matthias

We have just returned from 14 nights at Paradise Cove and what a wonderful holiday we have had. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel special by the wonderful staff who gave us cold facecloths and a welcome drink before showing us around this beautiful resort. We stayed in a junior suite which was beautiful and kept immaculately clean by the lovely staff including Kaymina. The restaurants are all fantastic with the choice of food being wide ranging and all delicious. We were on the all inclusive package so made full use of trying lots of different cocktails too. We specifically wanted a relaxing holiday so didn’t do many activities but we did go on the snorkelling trip and the glass bottom boat trip which were included in the price. The grounds of the hotel are stunning and the staff work so hard to keep them looking so good including raking the sand every day on the cove beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful lobster meal at The Cove restaurant (extra charge but very well worth it). The entertainment in the evenings was top class with some very talented musicians. Singers and dancers. Without exception all of the staff are amazing but special mention must go to Michael who looked after us so well on the beqch by bringing us our favourite drinks, cold
cucumber slices for our eyes and fruit shots all with a big smile on his face. Also Sandhya who was so lovely as was Sangeeta and Navina too many people to name as all the staff are fantastic and made our holiday special. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone and cannot wait to return one day thank you everyone from Helen & James x

We have just spent 10 days all inclusive at the Paradise Cove to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary, and it did not disappoint in any way. We were totally pampered and treated like royalty,
Our room was spacious, spotless with extremely comfortable beds and pillows, a balcony looking onto the beautiful cove, tea and coffee making facilities, and a full complimentary mini-bar, replenished daily. Thank you Mala for keeping our room so nice and amusing us with your wonderful towel sculptures.
The food was delicious and varied, the breakfast were epic with a huge array of fruits, pastries, cereals , cheeses and cooked delights to choose from. Lunches and snacks were available all day in the Stay Bar with Dev and Tulsi looking after us so professionally, and dinners were either table d’hote, half table service and half self service or a self service BBQ. So much to choose from. Delicious wines and cocktails on tap.
Whether we decided to lounge by the pool or on the beach, the wonderful Michael would appear with chilled water , our favourite drinks, cocktails or coffee, to keep us hydrated, even supplying us with sliced cucumber to keep our eyes cool. Talk about luxury.
We enjoyed a Rum Cocktail demo with Dev and a cookery class making a traditional prawn curry which was excellent. We also had a private car on two separate days to do the South Tour of the island and the North Tour, which were very interesting and took us to places of interest and explained some of the local traditions and culture. Well worth doing.
There are several different places to eat at the Paradise Cove. The main restaurant, the XO – Asian Fusion, the Peninsula and the Cove. We chose the main restaurant most nights but had a delicious meal out on the Peninsula , a fabulous private lobster dinner over the water at the Cove and then as we were celebrating our Golden Wedding, office staff Kimberly organised a beautiful private dinner for two , again at the Cove Restaurant, but this time next to the pool . It was very romantic in the moonlight and we were presented with a surprise celebration chocolate mousse cake as a gift from the hotel at the end of the meal.
Thanks also to Alison in the office who was there to answer any queries, all the wonderful friendly staff who cared for us, not forgetting the friendly gardeners who keep the grounds. The days just flew by, we didn’t try the Spa , the Archery or Boule but my husband had a wonderful time on 5 days sailing a catamaran across the bay and back, and we both enjoyed a glass bottomed boat ride. The only negative I can think of which is not under the control of the staff, is that the cove and local bay does not have clear waters. The water is quite sandy and silty and not at all good for snorkelling, but apparently there are clearer waters just a short taxi ride away. Maybe next time !

We stayed at Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel from January 19th to 26th. This Adult Only hotel is an idyllic place to spend some romantic time. We were received by a charming receptionist who did everything possible upon our early arrival so that we could rest with a private cabin to put our belongings while the room was prepared. The hotel is magnificent, isolated and quiet, the food is very good (but you have to reserve your dinners as soon as you arrive in the different restaurants otherwise you will have to dine at the main restaurant every day and it's a shame given the quality of the others restaurants on site). The rooms face the beach, we took the smallest (45m2) with a giant bed and a double shower, comfort was there. There are quite a few free activities offered but we did not take advantage of them because we did not have the information (small point to improve). The gym is well equipped with bikes, rowing machine, ellipticals, weights, weight machines (however the wifi doesn't work well so if you want to take online courses, it can seem complicated). The staff is very cheerful and friendly. The only downside is the receptionist who does not provide information for reserving restaurants or activities and does not know a taxi number and I find that the drinks menu is missing; juices or fresh fruit cocktails without alcohol but other than that everything was perfect. Thank you for taking care of us, we had a great time and we hope to come back!

From arrival at the airport your whisked away on your own private transfer and in just over an hour you arrive where you are greeted by friendly staff who will your bags away and get you settled into the comfortable seating and promptly get you checked in. We had some lunch at the stay bar whilst our room was being prepared and within thirty minutes it was and we were checked in. All rooms have a view of the cove and a balcony as well as couples sinks and rainfall showers. There are pools by the restaurant and peninsula bars as well as the cove itself and sea water pools. Breakfast is served at the restaurant and the friendly staff greet you each day and get you seated with water and hot drinks. Lunch is most often best had at the peninsula restaurant with lovely views out to sea of the islands. Again drinks are served at the table by the friendly staff who give you great service and keep you topped up with water and get you new drinks when yours run low. You get bread and dried banana at the table and a selection of excellent dishes you view via qr code. Dinner is typically at the restaurant but they also have the XO restaurant for an additional cost and the cove too which you can have your own hut overlooking the cove. We did the cove for our last day and it was a truly wonderful ending to our holiday. The food menus where varied some where part service at the table some full al la carte. Really enjoyed our free massage and glass bottom boat ride, the food, friendly staff and exceptionally beautiful clean and tidy resort made me not want to leave after our ten day stay. A really credit to all the staff who work so hard to make our honeymoon so unforgettable. Just need to get saving so we can go back some day!

We have just returned from 11 days in Mauritius and the holiday of a lifetime. We stayed at Paradise Cove, a place that became home to us for the time we were there because of the fabulous people who looked after us.

The people, the food, the facilities were all amazing. From the moment of our welcome from Yashna, to Deepak, Chand, Pooja, Sangeeta, Rajesh, Pravish and John who served us one ravishing meal after another. Manasi plied us with freshly made pancakes at breakfast, and Anastasia turned omelette making into a culinary artform each morning.

And here comes the bar! The amazing Micheal who managed to be in many places at once to ensure wherever we were – the Cove beach, sunning ourselves by one of the pools – a cocktail (or water) was never far from reach. Dev brought his mixologist magic to pre and after dinner drinks, and all the other happy drinking time that took place, and was a quiet presence ensuring all was well and we had everything we needed. Karishma was on hand to make sure glasses were magically refilled! Tulsi – the king of all things rum – gave the most memorable pre-lunch rum tasing of our lives, all 15 of them.

Our room was always immaculate, thanks to Mala, who initiated us into the wonders of towel art; some days an elephant, other days a frog would softly great us after a late afternoon swim.

The grounds of Paradise Cove are truly wonderous, in our view more beautiful than the botanical gardens we visited. Each morning, Veeren created the most extraordinary ‘mandala’ floating floral features across the resort, aways a wonder to both behold and inhale.

Nothing was too much effort, or undeliverable. We forgot to book our dinner at the Cove restaurant and the lovely Nikhil came to our rescue so we could enjoy a wonderful candle lit meal – one of the many fabulous dining experiences we enjoyed across the four restaurants.

There are many people we have not named here, simply because we did not know their names. The team effort and pride that everyone took in ensuring every guest was so well cared for was obvious from how immaculate the resort was to the real warmth we received from everyone we met.

Clichéd though it may sound, we cannot wait to return. We are enormously grateful to the team at Paradise Cove for making our stay so amazing and full of lifetime memories, both of the resort and beautiful Mauritius.
