We stayed for a week, everything was beautiful and we enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is in a good location. We liked that it was quiet because this is what we wanted to relax. The room was cleaned daily and the staff works really hard to make sure their guests are happy. We changeed our room because when we booked the holiday it was supposed to be a room with sea view, however we got one with garden view, but the reception was really helpful and the next day we changed the room with an amazing view. My only issue would be that the internet is really bad even if we payed, it's always disconnected and its really slow, maybe could in the future the internet could be better. Thank you for an amazing holiday, and if we return for sure we would like to stay again here.

Food was o.k. , good Service and the Animation is very discred and not disturbing. Diving was well organized . Dive sites are fine for beginners when doing shore diving with the Jeep. Also diving directly in front of the beach by walk in n the jetty is uncomplicated.

A very successful holiday! During the pandemic period, one part of the hotel (further one) completely closed, the other (closer to the sea) opened partly. Due to the small number of guests there was one restaurant opened but the food was delicious! The chef makes very good meals, especially the best fish I ever ate. The hotel staff deserves special mention. Everyone was friendly and helpful, every guest was treated with complete culture. Rooms clean, beautifully decorated - thanks to Ahmed, very nice and conscientious man :) At the bar super bartenders, Jamal and Ahmed were always beaming with smile and politeness, and also fast course of Arabic language ;) I could name everyone, because everyone deserves many thanks. Managers can be proud of their team :) and with Ñèmõ Néró you will feel safe in the company of dolphins at the end of the pier. I recommend and see you in the future ;)

The hotel was as good as we expected. Value price/quality is just right. The rooms are well maintained, spacious, we had a connecting door between ours (awesome for big families). The beds are comfortable (but the linen is long overdue for a change!). No issues with hot water. There are free safes and water bottles refill. Food was ok, would like some more meat variety and at least one meat option for breakfast (local sausages are far from meat). Beware of the cut vegetables (tomatoes, carrots) - sometimes they are from previous days and smell bad. But everything else was tasty, especially the pastry. Beach is very nice, possible to snorkel even with the wind as the riff protects from big waves. The riff itself is absolutely stunning, we saw so many varieties of fish (from morena to stingray) and corals. The pools are clean. Unfortunately, there is often no place to stay by it. The animation team does a very good job. As does all other personnel (everyone is extra friendly, smiling and helpful). Still there are two BIG ISSUES that hotel management needs to take care of. Wi-Fi - this is not even funny. You pay extra for it, log in, put the phone from left to right hand and its already off and you have to re-login again. Speed is ultra slow. Even bigger issue is smoking. Hotel definitely needs to implement some smoking/non smoking policy. You can't escape the smoke anywhere. Its on the beach (try to enjoy your deep breaths doing yoga with the animation), by the pool, is drawn into your room and restaurant (no hopes of dining outside)... Some people come to watch the mini-disco and smoke into kids faces. There is a quite are on the beach, could make a smoking-free area as well.

Filled with desgusting tourists and stalkers with respectless inacceptable behaviour towards me. Fortunately some said the truth! Snorkeling, having fun and resting = 0. The sea was too wild to snorkle, I had to pay to snorkle 2 times elsewhere which is a very poor result. The bit of the coral reef that I saw was in a poor state, bleached. I never come back to this hotel, the matras of the bad was also stone hard and not acceptable. I will go back direction Marsa Alam next time and hope to snorkle every day in the protected reef overthere. The hotel is older, has an intimate atmosphere, it is not an endless resort. Great staff, always friendly and everyone is nice. The lush vegetation is beautiful here, everything is blooming - this is due to the fact that the hotel is not a novelty in the desert with miniature palm trees. Pools are enough, the sea shallow, corals aside from the hotel. The food is sensational, there is not quite a large selection, but everything is great! Those who prefer a European taste will also get a potato Bavarian salad! Cleanliness fine and comfort too. The hotel has a spa with really good massages. I highly recommend it!

The experience was amazing, you start of with a warm welcome. Once you check in they put the luggage in your room and you can start to eat at the restaurant, it’s a buffet with all different types of food, soup and desserts. Then after you can join the animation (alibaba) where they have different activities everyday. You can swim in the pools where the animation team has lots of activities (yoga, water yoga, vollyball…) best service i got so far!!!

Beautiful place. Helpful, friendly hotel stuff especially Ahmed Alftaha from bar stuff (he made smile at our face everyday!) and making the best drinks in hotel. We felt like we are one big family here! Location of hotel is near by the sea with great view of coral reef. Serving good food. We spend a great holiday here. I had birthday and stuff give me a cake singing happy birthday - it was very kindly! We will remember our visit at this hotel only in good way and recomended visit this hotel to anyone who want spend time in such a beautiful place and people like this one.

I booked this hotel for holiday by travel agency. They made for me good impression from beginning. Everything on reception to make check in was made very very fast. First day I had to meet the hotel staff. They saved in their mind me and my girlfriend, so next days while they saw me and my girlfriend they was speaking to us and asked question like ,,everything is good?" or like ,,can I help you with something?". In short, they tried to made my holiday better then i want. And they made it. If I will come back to Egypt, I will stay in this hotel. Last what I have to say is about barmans and about food. Flamenco restaurant is the best place to try other dishes. Barmans was very happy, they made for you a lot of drinks. In short what do you want you will have it.

We did use the tennis court, but it is a red hard court that has many cracks and pot holes in it. Plus, there is a fence around it that is a little off putting when you come to swing your raquet. The pool was generally quiet apart from one hour a day when they do aqua arobics. They have a second pool on the other side of the road, but we never used it.
There are more places to choose from in the El Quseir area.
