Beautiful hotel next to the prettiest see. I’ve have such a good time here and i’ve met great people. We went to disco and play volleyball. People that work here are amazing and Food was delicious. Our room was beautiful. Hope to be back soon Best 2 weeks❤️
The hotel is older, has an intimate atmosphere, it is not an endless resort. Great staff, always friendly and everyone is nice. The lush vegetation is beautiful here, everything is blooming - this is due to the fact that the hotel is not a novelty in the desert with miniature palm trees. Pools are enough, the sea shallow, corals aside from the hotel. The food is sensational, there is not quite a large selection, but everything is great! Those who prefer a European taste will also get a potato Bavarian salad! Cleanliness fine and comfort too. The hotel has a spa with really good massages. I highly recommend it!
The hotel is quite clean and has been renovated not long ago, so it is quite modern. The rooms look very good, only the bathroom is a little dated but not bad. Only the shower heads could use a replacement ;-) The WIFI is useless, almost no connection and slow even if you pay. Forget about calls. The rooms have nice darkening curtains, and it's generally quiet in the hotel. We were there in mid March, when it does get chilly sometimes, very windy too (no swimming snorkelling most of the days). They had not turned on the airconditioning, which is hotel-wide, so that meant on hot days it was quite warm in our room. We did get another room on the side of the hotel out of the sun, they were very accommodating though I'd have appreciated it if they had a simple standing ventilator. Unfortunately not. Later the temperature went down a bit and we also got used to the weather so sleeping was easier. The pool, beach, all very nice. But the highlight must be the food. The quality is good, always plenty choices but it still changes every day. It isn't overly sweet or salty. They vary in their offering, they go all-out on some days while it's a little more limited on other days, we haven't figured out why it differs - if you ask, they just say "all for you, to make you happy my friend!". But it is always good and varied. The salad selection is excellent. Bread is - well, not great if you're used to high quality whole wheat - it's all white and usually sweet. The deserts are a daily highlight, not just colourful sweet trash but quality. My wife is gluten intolerant and they were very helpful, pointing out what dishes she could eat and regularly making her something special. They have gluten free bread as well, nice for when you have a day tour and the hotel provides breakfast in a bag - they made her some nice snacks and salad to bring. The 3:30PM break snacks are pretty minimal - mostly pastries, sometimes pizza slices, sometimes some fruit, but honestly breakfast, lunch and dinner are sufficient for us. You can get drinks all the time anywhere. No fresh fruit juices, but that's what it is. Wife says the coffee is "as bad as any place like this", the best option is Nescafe but you can get that any time. Note my wife's coffee needs are significant and her standards high, as Brazilian! So for most people it's probably fine. She regards the coffee in German hotels equally bad, for comparison. The location is nice - quiet, nothing in the neighbourhood. You can't go out and do ANYTHING - you really need a ride somewhere. But that is fine if you look for rest. The hotel premises are quite big so finding a quiet corner is not hard, plus - room and balcony are nice of course. They arrange some activities, sports and such, we didn't care so we didn't participate but I guess it's fine if you do care ;-) There is a small shop on premises - it has some super basics like sun screen and some t-shirts and some souvenirs but nothing too much, don't expect a little supermarket - no food stuffs at all. It's a bit awkwardly located so you would really need to look for it - go out of the main entree and walk to the side. I have the impression they get barely any visitors and it's more of a service than a way to earn money. The employees are friendly. Most speak English and German with some Polish and Russian and other languages in the mix as well. You can get quite some services on the premises: * face masks, manicure, pedicure etc. Reasonably priced, quality is good. * massages. Same - ok price, good quality. * diving and snorkelling gear - we didn't try as the weather didn't really allow * there's a travel agency person on the premises, his name is Mahmud Homos and he'll provide you with the best tours at a price far better than the agency you probably booked the hotel with - a recommendation. We had a great day trip to Luxor (fantastic but a long day, I'd recommend a hotel night in Luxor to really enjoy it), as well as a tour of El Quseir (a bit boring, it's very small). There's a picture of Mahmud in my pics.…
I booked this hotel for holiday by travel agency. They made for me good impression from beginning. Everything on reception to make check in was made very very fast. First day I had to meet the hotel staff. They saved in their mind me and my girlfriend, so next days while they saw me and my girlfriend they was speaking to us and asked question like ,,everything is good?" or like ,,can I help you with something?". In short, they tried to made my holiday better then i want. And they made it. If I will come back to Egypt, I will stay in this hotel. Last what I have to say is about barmans and about food. Flamenco restaurant is the best place to try other dishes. Barmans was very happy, they made for you a lot of drinks. In short what do you want you will have it. Now, this is message for staff: We love your hotel and have to say thank you for your hard work to make our holidays the best from years. I hope I will se you in the future. Greetings from Poland, Oskar and Alicja…
First impression - awful wine in restaurant and bar. I am not first time in Egypt - my first visit was in previous century, and last in August 2021 But I firstly found so terrible drink. Sadly. Besides, the weather has deteriorated - resort visitors have not yet adapted and still tried to sunbathe.
Always a lovely holiday. We have been to this hotel for the sixth time. We always come back. A lovely hotel. Lovely and helpful service. The food is very good. Rooms clean, cleaned every day. We recommend it with all my heart ❤️. We are going back to Flamenco in March 😍.
A very successful holiday! During the pandemic period, one part of the hotel (further one) completely closed, the other (closer to the sea) opened partly. Due to the small number of guests there was one restaurant opened but the food was delicious! The chef makes very good meals, especially the best fish I ever ate. The hotel staff deserves special mention. Everyone was friendly and helpful, every guest was treated with complete culture. Rooms clean, beautifully decorated - thanks to Ahmed, very nice and conscientious man :) At the bar super bartenders, Jamal and Ahmed were always beaming with smile and politeness, and also fast course of Arabic language ;) I could name everyone, because everyone deserves many thanks. Managers can be proud of their team :) and with Ñèmõ Néró you will feel safe in the company of dolphins at the end of the pier. I recommend and see you in the future ;)…
Very nice hotel with very nice peoples. Beautifull red sea, and goergous fish. Definetly best resort in Egipt. The staff here are lovely, they are very helpfull too. The best meals, i've ever eat. Definetly recomend.
A really great hotel with the service and bar staff. Clean room, tidy. There is a very quiet view from the room to the sea. I heartily recommend it to everyone. You can go out to the hotel bridge to swim in the sea with fish and to see the coral rafe
Beautiful place. Helpful, friendly hotel stuff especially Ahmed Alftaha from bar stuff (he made smile at our face everyday!) and making the best drinks in hotel. We felt like we are one big family here! Location of hotel is near by the sea with great view of coral reef. Serving good food. We spend a great holiday here. I had birthday and stuff give me a cake singing happy birthday - it was very kindly! We will remember our visit at this hotel only in good way and recomended visit this hotel to anyone who want spend time in such a beautiful place and people like this one.
