One of the best hotels I ever see it in my life the people was very nice and they always smiling and the room was clean and had amazing view and olso about the food they have a lot of variety and was very delicious and about the entertainment team they was really the best of the best olso I can’t forget bar waiters they was very nice and they are working hard and olso smiling and joking all the time … we really hope they we gonna come back again ❤️❤️❤️

Overall strong 4 stars Pros: - compound itself new, spacious, modern, clean, very good standard - Pools great and many - No crowd, always free sun beds - Beach beautiful with shallow waters for children - Wi-Fi not bad, works in rooms Cons: - food only acceptable but really nothing special, rather cantina level not restaurant, biggest minus IMO - Reef - acceptable but really nothing special, I saw better reef close in hurghada - Distances - its a big hotel, you will have to walk a lot to reach facilities - Only Cold water in the room entire stay - Personnel - generally ok but you will enjoy full service (e.g. pool/ beach drinks) only when you tip, otherwise do their job just minimum level To summarize: it’s hard to understand why they invested so much in infrastructure and left the food at the lower level. Doesn’t make any sense to me. If the food was good I’d say maybe even 5 stars…

The rooms are spacious and the beds are really good. The pools are also very nice and during the day there is quite a relaxing atmosphere since there is enough room for everyone around the very large pools. It’s good that the aqua park is located in another area. We are disappointed about a few things: the food. The food is 90% the same every evening and often also for lunch. The quality is okay, the cooks don’t really seem to feel responsible for delivering well prepared food, more interested in just cooking it and making sure there is enough for the guests. So they tick the box for what they have but not the quality. Secondly, there are many different companies offering trips and excursions on the premises. No way of knowing if you get a good price or not since everything can be negotiated. Took me a few days to figure out that you can bargain for everything, even the massage costs in their own official spa. I find this very irritating - you shouldn’t as a guest have to feel that you are potentially being ripped of within your own hotel. The service is fitting to a 3 star hotel. Not more than that. A last warning, don’t get a haircut in the beauty salon. I made the mistake to take our 12 year old son there and the result was so bad, and unfortunately so short that it will take a month to make it look okay. He obviously didn’t know what he was doing.…

Beautiful hotel with good beach access, nice snorkeling, good food and spacious rooms. A lot of excursion options available, we did a daytrip to Luxor and snorkeling trips with Egypt Explorer Diving Center. The staff is overall very friendly and helpful. We want to especially thank Wageh Naser for the great service!

If you looking for a nice place in Egypt we strongly recommend to stay in Albatros Sea World. This place is amazing with best Egyptian hospitality we experienced and it was our 10th stay in this country. Hotel are is huge and everyone can find a nice place for relaxing time. Service is also great across whole hotel area. We especially enjoyed White Beach bar where we could get from Ahmed, Karam, Mohamed and Osama best service ever. They look after you and provide best coffee, drinks and hospitality in this hotel. We strongly recommend to visit this bar for some refreshing drinks 😀.

The hotel itself is clean, the food it good but the service is terrible. I asked in advance for rooms next to each other but unfortunately did not get them as I did offered to pay extra for it. Then they said that it is according to hotel availbility but I do not believe you cannnot fix it in the hotel that has place for 800 guests when you know more than one week in advance. The staff is only looking for tips and if you do not give them extra tips you will not get the drinks to your table and they will ignore you. From my point of view is not acceptable. I am happy to tip waiter always when they are nice and helping but not the other way that you need to pay in advance . Unfortunately it was everywhere.. in the bars also. The alcohol is terrible and you cannot buy the international drinks in the bars, only local wine and beer is ok. It is also annoying that all the time someone is coming to you offering spa treatments, excursions, diving, photo shooting or hairdresser. For me it was really distrurbing. You can come once but not everyday different people about same things then you are coming for holidays to have a rest and enjoy the peace and quiet not responing the staff that you are not interested.…

Great stay, lovely place with delightfull service - also near the swimming pool (personal greetings for Ahmed Ramadad who was really active, friendly and smiling , also for Osama, and the all White Bar) It is real sea world - many swimming pools and the beach near by. The food is fine and the animators also. I see also that is also a lot of things for children. Just check ;)
