The hotel is fantastically located on the Red Sea if you are interested in Diving. The staff are very helpful and cater for all your needs. The hotel has been recently refurbished and has a nice ambiance. The food is prepared fresh every day and has a vast selection of Egyptian as well as European styles. There is an all inclusive bar open 24/7 which is rare and the waiters and barmen are friendly and always making sure everything is to your satisfaction. I found Ahmed and Ayman to be the nicest out of all the staff members and they took the time to engage with me on a personal level.

My family and I just returned back to the U.K. following the most beautiful 6 days at the hotel. I was skeptical about the 5* reviews but the hotel is truly wonderful in every way. I travelled with 8 family members from 5 - 65 years old and there was something there for us all. Rooms: The rooms are clean and spacious. The housekeeping team truly did the most wonderful job daily and we were so pleased every time we returned back to our rooms. No WiFi in the rooms like other guests have mentioned but I was able to get it whilst on the balcony. I stayed in block 2, I believe - opposite the theatre which was a little loud but not unbearable. I didn’t find the air-con in the room to be loud at all. Only request- please have more English speaking tv shows as they’re are mostly Arabic or Russian. Small complaint as I didn’t come on holiday to watch tv, so didn’t make an impact really. Restaurants: The hotel has a number of restaurants and two a la carte. We liked the main restaurant the best, there was something for everyone and the staff were awesome. Special shout-out to the staff that welcomed us every morning making sure we had everything we needed. The staff member that said “Nigeria Nigeria!” (Can’t remember his name, I’m sorry) every time he saw me truly made me smile. Animation: As other guests have said, the animation team work very hard to keep guests entertained throughout the day. A special shout out to Mosti/Mustafa who was so welcoming and charming. He is an absolute credit to that team. We had a few chats with Cola too and he was nice. The lady with the brown hair (sorry forgot name) was very sweet and held my sons hand when he was a bit nervous during the foam party. Small complaint: the blonde lady in this team was unwelcoming, uninviting and looked so uncomfortable in our presence. Not sure what the issue was but that really upset us. Not enough to ruin our holiday as it was just one person, but enough for us to have conversations about it. Her behaviour just did not fit in with that team whatsoever. Bars: There are several bars at the hotel but I just want to give credit to Ahmed at the shisha bar who without a doubt was one of my favourite people there. So charming, kind and made the best drinks! No matter where I was at the hotel I would walk over and order a drink with him. He is such a credit to the hotel, honestly. Another thank you to the other Ahmed who brought over drinks at the pool - another great staff member. Mohamed at the taxi desk was hilarious and kind. Thank you for sorting out our day trip to Cairo. And lastly, we want to speak about Rahim - at customer relations. The most wonderful person we have truly met. Works so hard tirelessly, so gentle and so kind. We would have truly been lost without him. Every little request we had he delivered with a smile, whether it was at 9am or 9pm. He truly went out of his way to make our trip the best. The hotel needs Rahim! We will 100% be back. Already trying to work out when we can visit!

Great hotel, with amazing amenities for adults and children. The staff were friendly and attentive. The buffets offered a great variety of food. The rooms were spacious and clean. The entertainment each night was fab. Everyone took great care of us! Highly recommend. The beach is beautiful, the spa was clean and super relaxing. Thank you to Mostafa who took care of us and our room. Thank you to Waleed at reception who always was very warm and took great care of us. Thank you to Menah in the Spa who's hands worked magic during my massage. Thanks to all of the restaurant staff who were super friendly and always entertained my little girl. The children's Centre is also amazing! Nadine is the perfect host with so much planned for the kids! The only cons I have is how slippery the floors are! We slipped a few times and at one point had a very bad fall. Please add some grip tape on the stairs and floors! Also the lack of WiFi connection in the rooms. You have to be in a communal area to receive signal. However that would not prevent me from returning or recommending! Thanks for the great stay!

Took the opportunity to get some sun before the winter in England properly set in. Glad I chose this place (Fantastic price and the rave reviews on tripadvisor clinched it for me.) The staff, without exception, are exceptional at ensuring that all your needs are catered for. The food is an excellent mix of local and more standard cuisine. The fish and chips in the 'cafe' are a highlight. (If you like squid :) ) The pool is great, heated and we enjoyed it immensely. The sea is also great - It's lacking in Coral but has a fair amount of fish and squid to watch whilst snorkelling. The nightlife could definitely be improved - long waits between mini disco and the main entertainment are a drag and nothing starts on time either! This is a minor quibble though. Definitely doesn't detract from the overall experience but would hope that this is improved if I visit again. Overall, get it booked - you won't regret it. PS The Air-con is noisy but you'll be so tired from all the swimming and air you'll be asleep in minutes anyway!

Well, its a small hotel, newly opened very clean and fairly efficient, with lots of new staff learning as they go. The room was large, in block 6 so fairly quiet. It was cleaned well and stocked each day with tea, coffee, water and new towels. The beach is small and narrow but we had no difficulty getting sun beds. The main restraunt was fine for beakfast and the evening meal, but the beach restaurant was superb for lunch. The food variety was satisfactory aimed at eastern europeans, but then most of the guests were from there. Occasionally you got something that was cold on the buffet - this happened one morning with scrambled eggs. Each day you will be asked by various staff members if everything is ok, can they do better - well the wife was asked this on the beach and said my eggs were cold, within an hour the head chef came to the beach and apologised for the cold eggs and by way of apology said i will personally cook a meal for you tonight - which he did. Some of the staff understand english better than others i asked a bar waiter for an ouzo and lemonade and got rose wine with lemonade and a quizical look when he delivered it. A quick use of google translator and both he and i were laughing. Lets face it english is not the native tounge and i cant speak arabic so the odd missunderstanding is bound to happen. Thouroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to Moustafa the head chef, you are a credit to the hotel, Youssef at the beach bar, you work yoo hard my friend, special thanks to Habi (?) she worked so hard in the main restraunt she talked to guests and really made them feel comfortable. All in all 5 star.
