My husband and I stayed at the Pondview the first weekend in June and had an incredible experience. The home and grounds are beautiful and the location is ideal for anyone wanting to experience the Hamptons. We stayed in the sunrise bedroom in the main house and were very pleased. The room and private bathroom were immaculate and nicely decorated. We had a television and mini fridge in our room and there was also a sitting area just outside our room. It was so comfortable and a perfect "home away from home." We sat on the patio overlooking the pool in the evening and enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning. The family was friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to assure that we had a perfect stay. We highly recommend the Pondview to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway in the Hamptons…
If you are looking to stay a beautiful bed and breakfast and in Watermill, the home has a lot to offer. There are two nicely appointed guest suites. book early to get a good weekend. The grounds are very nicely kept with a koi and duck pond. You can also practice your putting on the green located on the property. The host is best and very attentive..
What a great location and wonderful rooms. Hosts Donna and J are a pleasure to talk with and very helpful! Rooms are immaculate and spacious. Although the rooms are off a wing of their house it is very private and the common room is amazing. Breakfast is delicious and made with care😄 Grounds are gorgeous. We plan on returning soon.
I just returned from a stay at the Pondview while competing at the Hampton Classic. The house and property are absolutely spectacular and offer the perfect oasis from all the buzz going on in the Hamptons. Donna is an extraordinary hostess who went out of her way to make our stay perfect and was happy to help out with any request we had. The room and bathroom were very spacious, quiet and comfortable and we really enjoyed returning back to the Pondview each night. I hope to return next year!
On business in the Hamptons in mid-July I stayed for a week at The Pondview at Deerfield Bed and Breakfast. It was an amazing place. Bucolic is the first word that comes to mind. The site is lovely, with visiting deer, a pond with sunning turtles, and space and quiet. The lovely bedroom was a big corner room with two windows, third window in the large double-sink, whirlpool- tubbed bathroom, and CLUTTER FREE bedside tables, each with a good reading lamp. There was an extra living room with a couch and a table to eat at. The host, Donna Andreassi, is a great cook who actually discusses hours and options for breakfast! Her local knowledge and her kindness were hugely appreciated.
