My girlfriends and I were looking for a charming place to stay on our way to a wedding, and when we found Dorothy's B&B, we were sold. And it only got better from there!
Dorothy was able to accommodate an early check-in so we could sleep off our red-eye travel, recommended the best spots to visit, and made the most scrumptious breakfasts. This woman is an absolute gem who made us want to extend our stay to hear more stories, eat more fresh eggs, and relax in the peaceful abode Dorothy has so beautifully cultivated for her guests. Oh, and her dogs are the absolute sweetest!!!

This place is a hidden gem! My partner and I drove up from the city to spend a night here and we had a wonderful stay! Dorothy was incredibly kind and attentive, and she made delicious artichoke potato omelettes! The room was spacious and clean, and the b&b was warm and cozy. We would certainly stay with Dorothy again in the future!

I've spent two weekends at Meadowlark Farms. The first was back in May and the second in August. Dorothy is a great host and goes out of her way to help hikers on the Appalachian Trail. If you're a section hiker it's a great place to rest before or after your hike and Dorothy offers shuttles to/from the trail. The rooms are all clean, breakfast is delicious!

A quaint bed and breakfast nestled among the farms in Warwick. Dorothy was a friendly, welcoming hostess who not only made a wonderful breakfast, but with whom it was easy to converse. Our room was nicely appointed and our bed was so comfortable. A peaceful and relaxing setting awaiting your stay.

I had such a fantastic time staying here. Dorothy was an amazing hostess who helped recommend local spots. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable. An absolute dream of a place to stay after a long flight. Would recommend to anyone looking for a charming, cozy, comfortable, and inviting bed and breakfast on a gorgeous property!

A friend and myself visited Warwick for a wine tasting event. My friend travels with her small dog so we needed a pet friendly BNB, and Meadowlark Farm was the only pet friendly BNB available. We booked for two nights, and each had a private bedroom but we shared a bathroom that was very close in proximity. There was one other larger room available that was perfect for a couple and it had a large private bath. Dorothy the owner was a very nice person who offered us a ride to and from the wine tasting. Here are the negatives that might be worth talking about. The two bedrooms that we booked had no shades on the windows, neither did the large bathroom window. The rooms were OK, perhaps they needed a good cleaning. There are steps leading up to the bedrooms that are rugged and needed desperately to be cleaned and deodorized. The kitchen could have used a good cleaning as well. The one bigger issue was that at night, coming back the the BNB after dinner, there was no where to sit and relax. The front porch was closed off , and the back yard was wet from the rain. There was no other room whether be indoors or outdoors that welcomed the guests, so we ended up going to bed, which did have small TV in each room. Dorothy always asked us what time we would like to have breakfast which was nice. Breakfast was OK. The bottom line is that there were no amenities which was reflected in the very reasonable nightly rates.

If you are looking for a budget b&b this is the place for you. This is not a prissy high end place that is so stiff you barely have a chance to breathe. No, it's an old farm house that is quite clean and has lots of character- I'll take that over prissy any day! Dorothy was very personable- friendly and warm. We stayed in the King Room with our own shower- very nice! We loved her dogs too and even took them for a walk. The breakfasts were flawless- she's quite a cook. I recommend this b&B to anyone who wants to have a rustic farm experience.

I've been on the Appalachian trail for about 10 weeks this summer. The meadowlark farm bnb has been the most special place I've stayed so far. Highly recommend this magical spot!! My dog buddy and I had a great time with Dorothy, Virgo and Dolce

I was taking a class at the Center for Metal Arts nearby and needed a place to stay for the weekend. Meadowlark Farms was just up the road and the price per night was very reasonable! Dorothy is so lovely and welcoming! Her breakfasts we're amazing!! And she was willing to make breakfast at any time I needed! My room was very nice and the shared bathroom was very up to date and large. I highly recommend it and next time I take a class, I plan to stay there!

My boyfriend and I and our two dogs needed some R and R from our rat-raced urban life and we got it at MeadowLark Farm. Dorothy was extremely accommodating of the dogs, giving us towels to dry off after the dogs had a swim in a nearby lake. The king-size bed and room, with private bath, were just the right size for our party of four. Dorothy is a charming host and made us feel right at home. Her breakfasts were yummy and we loved chatting with her over breakfast, hearing stories about the history of the area. Our experience felt more like we were visiting friends, rather than formal accommodations. We will definitely go back to MeadowLake Farm, and sometime in the near future! Thank you Dorothy for welcoming us into your home and helping make our weekend such a lovely experience!
