The Peach Grove’s location is fantastic. The gorgeous surrounding countryside offers plenty nearby hikes, including the famous Appalachian Trail, just a few mins away from the house. The grounds are wonderful, too, and offer stunning views. The restored house is utterly charming, full of beautiful, antique furniture. You cannot help but be caught up in the romance of the place;...

My boyfriend took me to Warwick for my birthday and we stayed at the Peach Grove Inn. It was our first experience at a bed and breakfast and fell in love. The house was beautiful with all original furniture. We felt very comfortable there, as if we were staying with a relative. Since it rained that night our original plans...

We arrived to the Peach Grove Inn in the early afternoon and were welcomed by John. He knew a ton about the old house and about the town, and was able to recommend a fabulous restaurant for dinner. The house was really nice and the grounds had great views. We went to dinner at the Iron Forge Inn (down the...

We returned to Peach Grove Inn last weekend for a triathlon in Hudson Valley. I was beyond impressed with John's flexibility. We arrived late (around 9pm). John greeted us and gave us wine glasses and silverware for our take-out we had just picked up on the drive. When I asked him what my coffee options would be in the area...

...which is a key thing the night before the West Point Triathlon! Something about this home just made us comfortable from the start - no hassle with an obscenely early check-in (I could have been legally shot as an intruder), a great location for our needs and innkeepers that appeared to enjoy having guests! We stayed in the Keeping Room...

Peach Grove Inn is a great bed & breakfast in Warwick and is close to the center of town. We stayed in the Keeping Room which was clean and very spacious. John was super nice and his breakfast amazing! I would definitely come back and stay at this Inn!

My husband and I recently spent three nights here. It was peaceful, quiet and beautiful. The owner was great and served us wonderful breakfasts. We stayed in the hearth room which has a ground floor outside entrance. There is no pool or spa, but the room has a Jacuzzi and that's not what we were looking for anyway.. We would...

Two things make this B&B special. 1) the immaculately restored 19th century mansion; and 2) the gracious proprietor, John. Rooms are spacious and well furnished with period antiques and fabrics. John puts out an elaborate breakfast and will chat with you about anything under the sun. Altogether, an enjoyable visit.

We had one very nice night at the Peach Grove Inn. We were in the Hearth Room which was the kitchen when the house was built in 1850. The arm for the cauldron and the bread oven were still there. The dumb waiter was turned into a TV cabinet. The owner said 90% of the house was original. Great time,...
