When we were first looking for a place to stay we stumbled across this beautiful B&B away from all of the lunacy in downtown Lake George. OK, one night we did eat in LG but left town after we ate. There are restaurants in Warrensburg. We stayed here for two nights so were able to relax with Eileen and swap stories on the porch in the evening. What fun that was! This is now officially in our top three B&B's to stay as we can't choose a favorite. All of the rooms are spotless and beautiful decorated. Her collection of artifacts and paintings from around the world made the home so interesting and Eileen was gracious to share some stories about them. Her breakfast on both days was amazing as others have said and so much of it to eat! Why anyone would stay in Lake George is beyond us. Now at least we have an exceptional place to stay in the Lake George area and we would be happy to revisit. Relax and enjoy.…
My family were in Warrensburg for a wedding and Season's was one of the picks for places to stay for the out-of-towners. It was so lovely. Turns out the only people there for the weekend were our family so it was like renting a house that became your own. Eileen, the owner, was an amazing hostess. The rooms were appointed perfectly and everything you needed was there. The breakfasts were more than we could have imagined, everything was fresh and homemade and elaborate. I would go back and stay there any time. It would be like visiting a family member.
We picked this place essentially based on a Google search for Adirondacks Mountains B&Bs, and it worked out well. Glens Falls and Lake George Village are both nearby and are larger, but we were looking for someplace that was not built for the tourists. This was it. It's easy to get to from the Albany airport, and everything you need is within easy walking distance. We used the B&B as our home base for road trips into the Adirondacks State Park to see the fall foliage. Very calm and quiet. Eileen (host) and Sadie (her helper) were extremely helpful, and the breakfasts were varied and delicious.
We had a very nice two night stay at the Seasons. The owner is very hospitable, and the breakfast was more than we could eat. All fresh ingredients, cooked to order. The room was clean and spacious with a modernized bathroom. The porch is a beautiful place to sit and relax, and the yard with its wonderful hostas and hydrangeas is a feast for the eyes. We would recommend this b and b as a relaxing place to stay when in Warrensburg.
We recently spent 3 days in the Lake George/Warrensburg area. One of the highlights of our trip was staying 2 nights at Seasons B & B. We have stayed at Seasons several times over the years and the service, hospitality, and ambience continues to be greater than 5 stars. Eileen is an excellent host; a gourmet chef who creates breakfasts to appease any palate; and, she is a font of knowledge on local and regional events as well as notable restaurants of various cuisines. Seasons B & B provides the respite and relaxation needed for any traveler with comfortable and very private rooms and a fabulous porch that one reluctantly must leave at the beginning or end of the day.
