The owner David was proactive and accommodating. The staff was pleasant and delightful to talk to. The breakfast was tasty with ample cold and hot choices. The rooms were beautiful and nicely renovated. Overall, and most importantly, the property was well kept and clean! The porch is almost finished and will be brand new. Overall a lovely experience. Will visit... More

What a great stay. David was very accommodating. We booked the Pumpkin Room. The pumpkin and vineyard room have their own entrance. The pumpkin room was a nice big room. Our food was delivered to our door at our requested time. This eas extremely convenient for us. This place is great for the price and the room.

I stopped at the Tin Brook Bed and Breakfast on a multi-day car trip and was very pleased with my stay. Close to major highways but set off in a lovely small town. The street and inn were quiet at night. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to explore the surrounding area much but it looked quite nice. David is a... More

Visiting friends in Walden, we needed a place to stay close to their home. This bed and breakfast fit the bill. Large parking lot, gift shop on premises with many handmade items for sale (this is also the space where you have breakfast if you stay here). Air conditioned with televisions, the rooms also have free wifi.

Stumbled across this place on a magazine and decided to take a chance. Booked it on line and found it better than I expected. The owner is personable and accommodating. The staff that cooked us breakfast was quick and efficient and the food was fresh and good. The room is adorable and comfortable. All the comforts of home. I won't... More

We stayed at the Tin Brook just last evening. We arrived at 4:00 which was our arranged time and were met by David. We were in the area to see our granddaughter perform in her 5th grade class play. As we were signing in David explained that there would be a problem with breakfast in the morning and would we... More

I just spent 3 pleasant nights in the "Pumpkin Patch! " Dave is a great host and ever so helpful answering questions about the area. I was attending an event at very nearby Temple - it's very convenient. If I'm traveling that way again, I will be sure to return to this charming B+B. -N. See.

Everything was comfortable, and the room had good privacy. Staff was helpful. Only minor complaint was that the breakfast was a bit sparse. Despite that, I'll award 5 stars since the rate was good. Nearby Walden isn't exactly bustling, but it's a serviceable getaway town for New Yorkers.

I spent a night in the orange grove suite. I was upstate visiting family with my brother and his two kids. We were welcomed by David with a big smile and he gave us a little history of the place. He is the kind of guy that you immediately like and are comfortable with. The suite was nicely decorated and... More
