We returned to the Lodge for an overnight stay for Thanksgiving. We were here last nine years ago. The valet staff was fantastic. Our check in wasn’t great. We were not offered a beverage or chocolate like our last stay. The gentleman asked what time would we like the service where they put out bathrobes in the room and turn on music. I told him our dinner reservation was 6:30 so anytime after. They never showed up. The gentleman wasn’t friendly at all. The room was nice but had wear and tear on it. There were noticeable stains on the carpet. We had two double beds for the three of us. I slept next to the window and it was absolutely freezing. The cold air came right through the window and curtains. For $288 i don’t think we will stay again. Very disappointed. Its been a rough year for us

We have stayed and played at Turning Stone for 23 years. This was our first overnight at the Lodge. We loved it. Our room faced west, and the balcony looked out at trees. It felt like being at a lodge in the woods of the Adirondack Mountains. I sat on the balcony at least a dozen times during our two night stay. The balcony was the best part of the stay. It felt so peaceful and quiet. At first, we got very lost as we navigated the corridors, but quickly we learned our way. I very much enjoyed time at the pool. It was so quiet, and I had privacy. Security and/or Housekeeping did make the rounds to check the pool, which is appreciated. The turn down service, the Beekman products, the chocolates at the check in, the outdoor bonfires, the coffee by Wildflowers in the morning... so many extras that you do not get at the other lodging sites at TS. It was uniquely wonderful. Our check in and check out were smooth. The luggage drop off and pick up is great. We parked in the parking garage. It might be .3 mile hike to the garage. We already are booked to return.

Absolutely amazing. My only issue was waiting over a half hour for them to clear the alcohol from my rook because I am under 18. To then get my room to see none of it was actually removed from the room. Personally that is not an issue for me, but for others that could become a very large one. Housekeeping needs to double check before conforming something has actually been done. The front desk staff was wonderful along with everything else

I was lucky enough to get a newly remodeled room. Every time I stay here it’s better than the last time every staff member remembers your name treats you like family. It truly is a five-star resort. The restaurant spa the hotel it’s all amazing anyone who hasn’t stayed here should try it out because you will be addicted. It’s hard to stay anywhere else when the service here is so good.

Just had a amazing time at Turning Stone Resort and Casino. First time staying at The Lodge, amazing! The Lodge is so beautiful, the entrance, water flowing over rocks, fire pits, the rooms are beautiful and the pool and hot tub you feel like your in the Adirondack's. What a beautiful hotel, can't wait to go back. Oh and staff so helpful and friendly! Thank you Joanne Killian

We just returned from a stay at The Lodge. The accommodations are wonderful…..beds and pillows are heavenly. We had a room with a balcony, which we used to have our room service breakfast each morning. Disappointed not to be able to have any meals at Wildflowers, as they have limited their hours. TS Steakhouse was fantastic - the service and the food are second to none. Peach Blossom was a disappointment, as was Pino Bianco. Just not good enough. The Skana spa - wow wow wow. I had two treatments which were just beyond words. We cannot wait to return to The Lodge soon.

My guest and I arrived after 4:00 for our spa getaway and were told our room was not available. We weren't given a definite time of when we would be able to check-in. We were tired after driving and just wanted to relax in the room and get ready for the evening. They checked our bags and we headed to the lounge area. Couldn't get a drink until the bar opened at 5:00 PM. The bartender was great - the drinks were delicious. Our first round was comped for our inconvenience (we asked if they would do it). Next day we got up early to enjoy the spa amenities and were told we couldn't check in until one hour before our spa treatment reservations, which were at 1:00. This was extremely frustrating. So we had 2.5 hours to kill until check-in. We ended up going to a restaurant to have some food and mimosas. Then checked in and had the lunch which was delicious. The spa was great except the floor in the hot tub room was dirty and the loungers' pull-out trays were dusty and dirty. The cleanliness has gone downhill. The staff was very friendly and accommodating otherwise. Our room in the lodge was beautiful but quite expensive since our view was onto the loading dock and not very attractive at all. Mini bar prices were outrageous. Not sure if I would return, to tell the truth. We came five years ago and the quality and conveniences have slipped since then.
