The Lodge is nothing short of spectacular. The landscapes, the amenities, the views, all stunning. The staff is attentive to every detail and provides impeccable service beyond my expectations. I frequent the lodge and have experienced most suite layouts. Each time I visit, I am amazed. Friendly smiles usher you in, under The Lodge carport. Tim, Cody, Sergio, Randy, Ray, and Ken eagerly greet guests with helping hands and a spring in their step. They each deserve shout-outs for professionally escorting you and your car to their next stop. Rebecca, Marley, Lindsey, Kelly, and Amy each provide superior service at the front desk. The check-in process is effortless. Do not hesitate to ask, they will deliver. Ian is the best in the hospitality business and goes out of his way to make each stay better than the last. The Lodge Manager Natalia orchestrates seamless service with charm and professionalism. The Lodge is awesome, I cannot stress it enough. This continues to be my go-to destination for work, play, or relaxation.

This is the second tone we’ve stayed here in the past month for a reason: LUXURIOUS AND SAFE. About as clean as you can get, the staff are unbelievably friendly, and they go way above and beyond for you. The only bummer is the pool and hot tub are still closed but it’s for the better unless someone develops a waterproof mask? One suggestion: if you plan on eating at any of the Amazing restaurants on site and bring left overs back to the room, get the extra refrigerator! It’s $5, and makes life easier! Great deal... all in all, 5 stars baby!!!!
