Stayed here for business recently and found despite the beautiful facade and trimmings, there is very little to be desired. From the room that is just avg.. nothing special. To the bathroom where when I pulled off some toliet paper the entire fixture came with it and fell off onto the floor, to the soap that smells really bad to...

the room was beautiful we were on the 17th floor which is a newly renovated room... the only thing they needed to do and didn't was make the rooms sound proof ... I was up on and off all night from the loud people coming and going ....

While wedding weekends away are typically guaranteed to be a good time, I wondered if Turning Stone would have enough to do (aside from gambling). I was pleasantly surprised that there was more than enough to keep us busy when not in the casino. WARNING: However, let me get to my warning straight away--you are not allowed to bring alcohol...

On December 26th my girlfriend and I went on a overnight getaway to the Turning Stone Casino and stayed in the Tower. It definitely is a good size room, very clean and a decent view. Our king side bed was very comfortable and our bathroom included a double shower which was very nice. We were in a corner room which...

I stayed here on a Saturday night to attend a Christmas party. I have stayed here many times before and always gotten a corner suite in the tower. I have always had a great time and loved it. This time I did not get the corner suite as I did not want to pay the higher price and had a...

We stayed in the tower hotel on the 19th floor. We had beautiful views from our window. The room was beyond clean and we were pleasantly surprised by the turn down service when we came back to throw room at night. The room was modern but still warm. Our only concern was a few times our room key did not...

This is a review of the Tower, not the casino. I stay at the Tower approx. once per month. This is an extremely nice, upscale hotel, and it is a pleasant surprise hidden in drab upstate New York. The hotel is remodeling all of the rooms. The new rooms are very large with very tasteful decorating. They have hardwood floors...

We have been to Turning Stone many times. We even went before there was a Hotel! Each time is slightly different. If you enjoy gambling, it is always a fun place for an overnight getaway. This time was no different. I made my reservation for the Tower a month in advance. When we arrived, we were offered one of the...

The new rooms in the Tower at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino are very nice. Modern and clean. They have hypo-allergenic rooms also. The new rooms have keurigs so its much easier to make coffee. And some have small refrigerators.

Had another great time At Turning Stone. Very relaxing. We attended the NYSAR convention from Sept 24th - 28th. Wayne Myers the bartender at The Lodge bar is always exceptional going out of his way. He even came to work an hour early to accommodate us. Lisa in the Lodge spa was great always a smile on her face. Our...
