Spent one short, pleasant night at this Fairfield Inn which is fresh and new throughout the entire building from the lobby to the rooms. The room was spotless. The Housekeeping staff was very friendly. One housekeeper held the door to the elevator for us, even though her hands were full, pushed the button to go to our floor first, and...

We stayed here for a few days while visiting family. It's what I expected from a Fairfield inn. Small gym with two treadmills and an elliptical. There was a small indoor pool. The hotel is right off the thruway and across the street from the turning stone. The turning stone was about $150 more than the FFI so it was...

Stayed here last Monday night (11/7) for business in Sylvan Beach. This hotel was about $65 cheaper than neighboring Turning Stone, which also makes zero sense on a weeknight. Neither property was busy. Trish did a proper and fast check-in, and found my Marriot Rewards #, and explained the morning breakfast (which was great) offered a choice of daily papers,...

I booked the Fairfield Inn in Verona as I was in town for a conference at The Turning Stone. A few years ago the conference was at the same location and all I remembered was the cigarette smoke throughout the conference and into the tower rooms. I thought I would try the Fairfield this time and I am glad I...

My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary. This hotel was very reasonably priced and included so much. We were able to have a shuttle take us to the casino, as well as pick us up. Th continental breakfast was absolutely delicious. The hotel was so clean and the staff were so helpful and extremely friendly. I will be...

I would recommend this hotel as it was clean, friendly staff and good breakfast. The best part was the free shuttle to the Turning Stone casino, even late at night. We just made a phone call and never had to wait long for a safe ride!

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn as a little weekend getaway. Like the idea it's close to Turning Stone Casino. The Inn is immaculate as was our room. Requested addition room amenities, no problem, more than needed was supplied. Customer service was polite and professional. However, the breakfast provided left a lot to be desired. The eggs are powdered, fruit...

We were passing thru, only stay for a night. There is a casino nearby and the hotel provides shuttle service. There r quite a lot of people staying the time we were there, judging by the big crowd showing up in the breakfast time, yet it was very quiet in the hotel. The indoor pool is small and the workout...

Booked 1 night at this hotel through Expedia. It was only because I couldn't get a room across the street at the casino. I'd say for a 1 night quick trip it was Ok. The room was typical but laid out a bit odd. Had a very narrow hallway as you walked in towards the beds. The bathroom had a...
