I am very sorry that you found your stay to be a disappointment. As we have just 3 suites in the hotel, they are often booked and we are unable to offer upgrades. Generally speaking, our hotel receives rave reviews in regards to the level of service and cleanliness offered. We will certainly investigate and resolve the issue with the bath tub cited. As we do not accept dogs, I am uncertain as to how a dogs rawhide could possibly have been found in the room. Regardless, I will challenge my team members to move all furniture to ensure only the highest level of cleanliness is provided. We absolutely get people (in fact, we welcome people!) who are not hotel guests to frequent our bar and restaurant. While I am unsure as to why your thought is that this would make it "not very family friendly", I am sorry that you feel that way. I am pleased that the vast majority of our guests do recommend this hotel as a wonderful place to stay. I very much hope that you will choose to stay with us in the future so that we may have the opportunity to change your perception of this hotel.

While we do charge for breakfast we work hard to ensure there is great value offered as made to order omelettes, fresh berries, and many other items are readily available that are not found at hotels that offer a complimentary breakfast. Thank you for your question. There seems to be an issue where some reservations in which individuals booked king size rooms have been placed in rooms with 2 full size beds recently. We are investigating the situation as we always attempt to honor guest requests in regards to room type. The short answer to your question is that we have both "standard" rooms with one king size bed and two full size beds; room types should never be randomly assigned. Good Morning, Our hotel does have elevators, and mini fridges in all our rooms. Microwaves are available upon request, and we absolutely do have handicap accessible rooms both with tubs and one has a roll in shower. Best Regards, Amanda S. Front Desk Manager
