My grandson had his first college basketball game scheduled at Hofstra University which is right across the highway from this location. Making reservations were easy. Check in was even easier. Not a lot of parking spaces. The front desk staff offered us water when we checked in which was great seeing that a bottle of water costed $3.00 OUCH! Our...

There is certainly renovating happening on the first floor - the lobby, parking etc is a mess. But the rooms are older, probably remodeled in the last 10 years, but no more recent than that. Typical wear and tear. LOUD door slams, no ability to fully control the temperature or fan of the HVAC. There is a public charging station...

We hope that you choose to stay with us again once complete. We take pride in providing exception service and hope that we see you again...

Will be staying here until Jan. Staff is great and they all say hello or at least acknowledge you in some way. Hotel restaurant was actually better then expected. The renovations make things a bit confusing but I do look forward to the outcome...my room is always clean...and comfortable

I stayed at the LI Marriott this past Friday night for a conference in Garden City. The hotel is undergoing very much needed renovations, so I imagine it will be better once they are completed. Parking was free but had a very confusing layout. Check-in was smooth, although we were given someone else's room (quickly remedied, luckily). Our room was...

We are very excited for the renovations and changes to come at the hotel and are so glad our guests are as well. We are navigating through the changes that will need to take place with each phase, and working to make the transition seamless for our guests, and hope that we can create a stay worthy of a 5!...

This hotel is renovated, the last bits and pieces are still ongoing. Everything is very clean, and the room I had was with balkony (got upgraded). The airco is perfect, I could switch it off in the evening and did not have to sleep with earplugs (I am a light sleeper). Breakfast has it all and the chef makes the...

Let's just start that the hotel didn't deserve the 4 star I gave with regards to facilities and room comfort, I gave that for the great experience I had with the employees at the hotel especially a guy called KEVIN who is the concierge captain, he really knows how to go beyond expectations and the extra mile to help me...

I had the occasion to stay two nights in the Long Island Marriott in order to be with classmates for a high school reunion. I was very pleasantly surprised. I have traveled quite a bit, so I know what I like in a hotel. The room ( 10th floor) was an average size and pleasant: clean, a cheerful yellow, and...

We recently travelled from a Florida to Long Island to attend my husband's high school reunion held at the Marriott in Uniondale, Long Island. We made reservations to stay at the hotel and were not disappointed. We initially met Kevin, who we believe, was our guardian angel in disguise. He helped with our luggage, made sure we settled in, advised...

The hotel is under construction but it still holds true to Marriott standards. The bar had only 1 beer on tap, but it was good. The workout facility is very nice for a hotel. Breakfast was very expensive and only average food as it was a buffet. The room was excellent and j had a very nice view.

Any time you renovate it is always for the betterment of the facility and ultimately the guest's experience, but unfortunately can be a bit inconvenient during the process. As we have approached this renovation we have tried our best to have the least impact on our guests and appreciate that you have acknowledged our efforts.
