Our extended family group of 34 (age range 4 months - 68 yrs) had a fantastic holiday at Borgo Rapale. Gisella and Fortunato are wonderful hosts - helpful, kind and welcoming. This surpassed any of the previous properties we've visited. Rapale is a peaceful hamlet, but Siena and other places are within easy reach. If you're interested in wildlife, we...

The smell of lavender in the air, sitting on top of a Tuscan hill top, a farmhouse lived in by the same family since 1520 who are kind, gracious & helpful. So central to the best of Tuscany. I can see why people come back here year after year. It truly is a magical place.

Great place and a fabulous couple so helpful but just not quite enough equipment in the kitchen for self catering you only have to ask and if they have it they will give it to you. Pool a welcome break from the sun and it was great to have our own garden to sit in so many pluses and would...

We stayed at Borgo Rapale for three nights of our 11 nights in Italy. It was by far the best accommodation of all. We had Pietro cottage which had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beds were super comfy (which made a huge difference) and it was fully equipped with everything we needed to be self sufficient if we wanted...

Tuscany seduces your senses with olive groves, avenues of sculptured green cypress trees and rolling hills. Like a beautiful postcard, the view as you approach the village, bathed in sunlight at the top of the hill, takes your breath away. However the magic of Borgo Rapale goes further to complete the magic and makes you fall in love with a...

Last week my wife and I rented out all nine apartments at Borgo Rapale for our wedding celebrations. We had 46 guests and 15 children on site, as well as a further 15 guests visiting on site during the daytimes across our four day stay. We first discovered Borgo Rapale in August 2012 during a short three day stay with...

Gisella e Fortunato were always available to answer questions, make recommendations, and make our stay (13 family members) comfortable and eventful. The facilities and their layout were spacious, attractive, comfortable, and in a very peaceful and beautiful surrounding.

This was our second trip to Borgo Rapale, well located family accommodation in Tuscany, close to most sight seeing tourist spots. Hospitality has been exceptional, Fortunato and Gisella are an amazing couple! Their friendliness and ensuring that you are comfortable in every aspect is just mind blowing! I can definitely recommend Borgo Rapale!

We had a fabulous family get-together at Borgo Rapale. The hosts were most welcoming and accommodating. The pool kept the children busy and everyone cool on hot, sunny Tuscan days. Strongly recommend Borgo Rapale. We hope to return soon.
