This is a wonderful bed and breakfast in the village of Trumansburg everyone looking for a classic bed and breakfast experience should consider. It had everything you would be looking for: wonderfully appointed rooms with great amenities and character, pleasant grounds, a caring and knowledgeable owner, a terrific breakfast and even a well-tended hot tub. Trumansburg is also a lovely... More

My husband and I along with another couple stayed at The Inn at Gothic Eves from September 16th through the 19th. I am going to do this review in sections. Check In We arrived at about 1.30 and were able to check in early. Rose, the Innkeeper, showed us around. In the living room there is a guest refrigerator as... More

My wife and I just recently spent 3 nights at this spectacular place and you shouldn't really consider going anywhere else. First, the accommodations were great and Rose even upgraded us to a better room. Second, the spa facility was the perfect thing to have and we enjoyed being able to utilize the services. Third, the breakfast was amazing. Locally... More

My husband and I took our first trip to the Fingerlakes last year to celebrate our Anniversary. We were so excited to stumble upon the Inn at Gothic Eves when looking for a Bed & Breakfast to enhance our experience. I have stayed at quite a few B&B's and this one is by far the most beautiful, well kept, and... More

We stayed three nights in the Cayuga rooms, which were clean, private, quiet, and quite pleasant. The rooms were prepared nicely for our stay, and the breakfast was good along with the coffee and visiting with Rose and others renting rooms. Spa massages were included with our stay and a welcome addition to our time off from work. Trumansburg has... More

We came to enjoy the finger lakes area not exactly sure other than wineries and Watkins Glen, what we were going to do. We ended up wishing we had more time. The Watkins Glen area was booked solid for a race weekend so we ended up at the Inn at Gothic Eve's. Providence was kind. This place is a gem... More

Those are very kind words about me and the Inn. You right, are centrally located, making travel easy and staying in one place a better choice for your getaways. You can get to anywhere in the Finger Lakes from here. But you don't really have to go very far to enjoy all the wine and food and waterfalls and music... More

Rose was a perfect host, and our Seneca Suite was very cozy! Trumansburg is well located to visit Taughannock Falls, Ithaca, Cayuga Lake, and Watkins Glen. We tried dinner at Rose's recommended Hazelnut Kitchen and were just wowed. You can't go wrong here!

Hazelnut Kitchen is in short walking distance from the Inn. They serve local, organic cuisine with a creative touch that compares to no other in this area. I tell all of my guests to go the first night so if you enjoy it, you can make reservations for the next nights. This restaurant is not a one entree wonder. The... More

I have never stayed in a bed & breakfast before and this experience raised the bar incredibly high. Rose and her husband are a wonderful duo and incredibly welcoming. You truly feel like you are entering their home. The Cayuga Suite is absolutely gorgeous and includes everything we could've needed, especially since we were there for wine tours. The grounds... Thank you Kristiana for taking your valuable time to share your experience at the Inn. Cayuga Suite is a bedroom, sitting room and bathroom suite that just had a brand new 4k UHD TV. So the guests, if they have a netflix or other online account, can access their favorite shows. Seneca and Merlot also have the same TV and... More

We stayed several nights at the Gothic Eves (a gift from our grown children, bless them!) and had a wonderful time. The rooms are gorgeous, a great combination of clean modern facilities and beautifully chosen antiques. The breakfasts are fantastic, and the proprietess Rose is absolutely a "friend in the making" to all her guests... what a caring and charming... More
