My check in experience was the worse I have ever encountered. Me and several of my colleagues checked into the hotel on June 2nd . Upon checking in they did not have my reservation. After the sales associate gave me a bunch of attitude that the reservation was not in the system she was finally able to find it and said that it hadn't been pushed through yet. My Lifetime Titanium Elite Marriott number was not attached so she spent several minutes trying to locate that number. After finally finding my Lifetime Titanium Elite Marriott number she never once thanked me for my loyalty and continued to be unfriendly as if I we're putting her out. I gave her my American Express card to check in. When she asked me for my license, I realized it was missing from my wallet. This was a surprise to me and a problem. She replied without a picture ID she would not be able to check me into the hotel. I asked if there was a manager in which she replied there is no manager on duty this evening. This is where a little common sense would come in handy. I said I know that this is an unfortunate situation, but I have several forms of ID including my Marriott visa, bank card, American Airlines credit card to show back up that I am who I am. I even brought it over Boss that's just checked in before me to verify that I am in fact the person I say I am. I opened my sport coat that I was wearing. It was custom made with my signature on the inside of the jacket. Being a Titanium Lifetime member 5 forms of ID and a colleague vouching for me the representative said Sir without a picture ID I will not sell you the room. I have spent 25 years staying at Marriott’s throughout the world, I have never ever met a representative that represented your brand and that used such lack of common sense for a loyalty member that was in a bind. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with my experience at the Westchester Marriott. I understand there's protocols, but common sense has to kick in at some point.

Stayed here because the Renaissance Westchester was closed. Nice hotel with a Ruth Chris's Steakhouse. Also a coffee shop and spa were both closed due to Covid. Room is nice but a small bathroom with sink and vanity outside of the shower and toilet.

Having a terrible check-in experience where my family is hosting a party tomorrow night. Upon arrival, the hotel did not have the connecting rooms that we had requested with the reservation of one king room and one double bed room for our kids. So, we went to dinner to allow the hotel to sort things out. When we returned, they had 2 rooms down the hall from each other. While not connecting, we accepted the rooms to try to be accommodating to the hotel. Unfortunately, both rooms were double bed rooms. The front desk clerk says that no king rooms are available now, as they need to be cleaned...at 9pm?!?! So , we wait. Perhaps the worst part of this experience is neither the front desk clerk nor the manager have apologized or exhibited any empathy to guests not being well-served. A most inhospitable welcome to a place that likes to pride itself as a leader in the hospitality industry.

I really liked this hotel because 1) it was clean! 2) It’s very close to a Tesla charging station. 3) Attached to a great steak house. 4) great fitness center with 2 Peloton bikes. This is my big issue lately. Hotels aren’t as clean as they need to be and this one was. Even the fitness center was super clean. They’re following great Covid protocols for the gym and provide you with disposable head phones. It has very easy access to the highway and the staff were great. And my son wants you to know, the tv in the room was HUGE. 5 out of 5 stars.

Came to this hotel with my husband for a quick getaway. First room they put me in had a used bar soap. We were then accommodated to another room. My cellphone fell behind the bed when I moved it I found a USED tampon and glasses. Security came upstairs took my name and number, no one has called. I personally called myself today in the evening and was advised that the manager already had my name and number. Currently almost 10pm the next day and still NO phone call. Pretty disgusting cleaning especially during covid. Also have pictures to show proof.
