Held a small group meeting at this location recently and it's tough to beat this property for price & value. The staff is very efficient and friendly, the rooms are clean and neat, and the amenities in terms of the restaurant, bar, and meeting rooms are all good. The location is quiet, parking is free, the complimentary shuttle service is...

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Pricey breakfast, dinner so so. However, we would return due to the courteous and friendly staff. Would suggest that for the price, complementary continental breakfast, Tea and coffee should be included. Shuttle service is a nice touch. Drivers extremely helpful.

We took advantage of the "Labor Day" special and stayed there for two nights. Very clean room that seems to have been renovated recently. The room has a safe. We had a very quiet and comfortable stay there. The hotel is a little bit far from Armory Square if you want to eat downtown where the restaurants are located. We...

Pros: I saved money by booking through priceline (otherwise I would have been mad if I had paid full price). Clean Eco-friendly Staff friendly and helpful FREE SHUTTLE -2 mile radius and airport (besides being Clean, this was the redeeming factor in our rating) Convenient to Armory Square and SU Cons: Beds very soft! Awkward room layout, not large enough...

Awkward room layout. Awkward bathroom layout with no counter-top space. Best room air-conditioning I've ever had in any hotel stay. Best bedding I've ever had in any hotel stay. Good food and service in the restaurant. They we're repaving the parking lot and it's obvious this is a very well maintained facility. I stay in hotel rooms many-many nights per...

I just had to write and tell about this hotel. I recently stayed there for over a week and the entire time, from start to finish, was impeccable. The hotel was spotless and the staff was unlike any I have seen anywhere else! They could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I also have to say that the food...

Always enjoy staying at this gem of a property when we visit Syracuse! The rooms are well appointed, and very clean. Also enjoy the newly added breakfast/coffee and tea bar. The staff is very attentive to our needs as well. A nice independent property!!

Great location for an overnighter or for business if you need to be close to hospitals or the university. Close to i90 turn-off and just a few blocks away from Starbucks and Chipolte. We required an overnight sleep for a 2-day drive heading home. There is a very good parking lot (freshly paved), and parking is free (!) Check-in was...

We recently stayed at the Genesee Grande for a wedding. Upon making the reservation, I requested we be near our daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandbabies. Not only were we close, but we were both down a private little hallway! It was almost like we were part of their suite and made it really easy to help with the children. Our...

Impressive! The Genesee Grande is a beautiful, clean, sophisticated and elegant hotel in downtown Syracuse. Its bar and restaurant were top-notch along with the "Road Warrior" suite itself. Would recommend this hotel (along with its sister properties - The Parkview and Hotel Skyler) above and beyond any other hotels in Syracuse. The Stash Partner Hotels Group - their owner -...
