Easy check in, ample parking, nice lobby and the lobby and restaurant/bar staff were friendly. The shuttle driver that took us to university was very pleasant and helpful. We were very surprised when we entered our room and found it so stark and small with very few extras, such as refrigerator or even a mirror over the desk. The bathroom...

Stayed overnight for a business meeting. The staff couldn't have been nicer. We were all upgraded and had beautiful rooms. The meeting room was lovely. The food provided was delicious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a work stay - I did not have a car so the shuttle was very reliable, the hotel was beautiful, rooms were well laid out and nicely appointed - spacious rooms and really comfortable beds. I like the attention to detail and keeping the elegance of the old construction. Within walking distance of a few good restaurants and...

We had visited the same hotel over thanksgiving and had a wonderful stay. This time however we had a tiny room with nowhere to put anything, especially in the bathroom. OMG there were no shelves no soap holder in shower no towel hook on door. When switching from tub to shower with the lever the water still came out of...

Very close to Syracuse University. It is a few blocks from the main campus. My room was clean and big. Newer bathroom. I did not eat at the hotel. Bed was comfy. Big parking lot that was well lit. I would stay here again.

Plentiful parking, very clean with friendly staff. Room was in a great, quiet location. The bar provided a great way to unwind at night. IPA's on tap were an unexpected blessing. Loved the layout of the room. 2 negatives which are not deal breakers: mattress had an indentation on one side from what was presumed to be from multiple guests...

I booked a room at this hotel because I discovered too late that my air bnb was in a VERY shady area of Syracuse. Pros:It was bright inside and out had free parking on the premises and was close to the city so we could walk. The bed was comfortable the room was very clean and had a classic Art...

I should have researched more before making my selection. The room didn't have a coffee top or mini frig. The room was very very small. Ordered room service - the guy acted like he was being bothered. The tray from the room service, sat outside the door for two days.

1st impressions were great. A beautiful grand entrance to a welcoming front desk. Nice architectural touches with a coy pond in the main lobby....And that's where it ends. 2nd impressions-Room was clean, but heater never turns off. It runs all night, clicking away right in front of you, waking us up every so often. There's no coffee machine, nor is...

I was in town for the Syracuse Half Marathon and chose this hotel because it is within walking distance of the OnCenter and was lower priced than the other hotels that were closer. It is a nice place, and I really appreciated having free self parking available. My room was very clean and comfortable, and the restaurant/bar served good food...
