This lovely BnB was not cheap but worth it to experience faultless service and gorgeous accommodation - we were so well looked after by our lovely hosts and the breakfasts were delicious! Highly recommended!!

Celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary this past weekend and had a wonderful time. From the celebratory basket in our room to the delicious breakfasts to the beautiful grounds, it was a great weekend. The only recommendation I would give is if you are taking advantage of the VIP package, get your wine at Duck Walk on Friday (or at least not Saturday). They were way too busy on a Saturday to provide the expected experience

Hello Dennis and Lynn. Thank you for your great review and for spending your special 25 anniversary celebration with us. We are glad you enjoyed the celebration package and iIt is a mystery to us why you were treated so poorly at the winery and for that we apologize. We are going to speak with the management at Duckwalk and find out what happened and why your experience was not what we were led to believe you would experience,as we discussed just the day before your arrival. Thank you both again and we hope to see you again soon in the near future. Until then, all the best and safe travels.

We cannot say enough about how amazing our stay was at A Butler's Manor. Debbie (and Leo) were AMAZING. Debbie drove us back and forth to the beach, provided us chairs, towels and a beach bag and Leo took us to the wineries and to our dinner reservation. Don't get me started on the fresh baked cookies in our room, or the TOTALLY homemade breakfast from fresh muffins to frittata or challah french toast. Oh and of course a pot of hot coffee outside our door when we wake up. The grounds are amazing, straight out of an English Garden and the pool area is so private! The location is perfect, walkable to town but removed enough to be quiet. We cannot wait to return!!!

Hi Kim and Tim. Thank you for such a great review. I'm so glad that Deb and Leo looked after you in true Butler's Manor style and that you enjoyed your anniversary celebration. Although we don't usually provide transportation outside of the summer season and just to Coopers Beach, we are grateful that your journey East coincided with Leo's schedule. Maybe we should hire him as a full time driver :-) We look forward to your return, hopefully before your next anniversary! Until then, all of us here wish you both all the best, be well and stay safe. Cheers!

Kim and Chris are such excellent hosts of A Butler’s Manor. From the very beginning they made me feel welcome (and Deb too!). They are warm and welcoming people who want you to have the best visit - I can see why people return! As someone who was visiting the Hamptons for the first time, I couldn’t have picked better. The location is near both the Jitney drop off as well as the train station. The Main Street with restaurants is nearby, or you can take a rental bike down to the beach which was also a great option. You’re also close by to other villages - Chris recommended other locations to visit as well as the best way to get there. The service is absolutely wonderful, with tea / coffee in bed followed by the most delicious homemade breakfast in their lovely garden - truly a wonderful escape from the city too. The rooms have everything you need, and if something is missing no doubt they will be able to help source it. They also made me feel very safe in this new COVID environment. Masks on, hand sanitisers everywhere, adjusted cleaning schedules etc to ensure both the comfort and safety of their guests. As a single traveller too, both the location and people made this ideal.

Hello AP28. We are so happy that you had a great visit and that you took the time to write this review. It means a lot to us and we thank you for you kind words. It was our pleasure to help you relax after being stuck in the apartment in the city and help you rejuvenate your soul. Hopefully your next visit will not be too far off and we look forward to seeing you again. Please say hello to all in the UK from us and we hope that they can soon travel out as well. Be well, soldier on and stay safe. All the best from all of us :-)
