I had an employee we booked to stay one night. It was the worst and most frightful experience for him. He checked out and was told too bad and its non refundable Poor customer service. People next door in the room was talking about robbing him and also blocked his car in and would not let him out for at least five minutes. Door looked like it had been kicked in many times and repaired and the locks looked like they had knife marks. would not recommend this place. UNSAFE!!

The manager was rude and unhelpful. The beds are hard. The breakfast area is miniscule and the amenities not evident. My sister booked two rooms for three nights each for my adult children because we were all in town for my niece's graduation. She, unfortunately, booked through Expedia. We tried to change one room to four nights and the other room to two. Expedia wouldn't do it unless we canceled and rebooked. She and I went to the hotel together the day before the reservation to see if management would work with us. They would not. (Live and learn). The very next day I went with my husband and some of my adult children to check them in. I handed the same manager my driver's license and credit card. He would not let us check in unless my sister was with us because the reservation was in her name. It did not matter that he had seen the two of us together the day before. He shouted over me and refused, for a while, to give me back my license and credit card. He said he had no way of knowing if I was allowed to have those rooms at that rate. I might be trying to 'steal' the reservation. I would understand if the hotel was busy but the entire parking lot was empty except for one vehicle. All of my family members who stayed at the hotel said the beds are extremely hard. I personally would not do business with this hotel ever again.

What can you say, it was convenient for what we needed it for. It was quick bed at a cheap price. No one stood out in any helpful manner. Only stay as a final option, would not stay alone with out my husband.

Basically stayed here only because we had decided to stay on long Island instead of trekking home after a day of wine tasting and touring. This hotel was the last place available and close to where we were. I would not feel comfortable here with my children. Place and people in the hotel seemed sketchy. Although website stated they were nearly booked we barely saw 2 cars in the lot. I would only stay here if I was in need of a place to stay with no other recourse.

We have stayed several times at this hotel because of the location. The rooms have been clean and beds comfortable enough. When you just need a place for the night, it's fine, if you're spending a lot of time in the room, you'd be happier elsewhere. This last stay we noticed that a glass barrier has been installed at the check in desk. That doesn't make us feel comfortable, why was a barrier needed? Does the desk person not feel safe? It was hard enough to communicate with the desk person, now you have to work through a small hole to pass the credit card back and forth.
