We were able to book 2 rooms here at the last minute, for an overnight stay. Check in is at the Sherwood Inn, and an excellent breakfast is served there as well (included in room price). We were in the back building in the rooms called Pinot and Shiraz. These rooms are downstairs when you enter the house, which concerned... More

This was a nice old home a short walk from the main street where all the shops are. The stained glass windows on the closed porch and in the common space living room were a nice touch. The common kitchen was modern with a full-size refrigerator/freezer. I was able to keep my dinner leftovers in the fridge and the ice... More

We stayed in the old part of the Inn and shared the room on the ground floor, the extra bed in the alcove was perfect for 2 girls travelling together, with access to the private porch. Loved it! We had access to the covered porch, sitting room and kitchen area which are both beautifully laid out. The porch overlooks a... More

We rented 4 of the 5 rooms for our daughter's graduation from Syracuse. The owner, Julie, was awesome and the accommodations were wonderful. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed. There was fresh fruit, milk, juices, cereal and coffee available 24x7, and it was a short walk to the downtown shopping/dining area. Their connection with the Sherwood... More

Our room was hot. Air conditioning was on until time to sleep and stayed off until promptly at 7:00AM. I barely slept due to the stuffy, warm room. The coffee served both on site and at Sherwood Inn was sub-par. Breakfast is included which is a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place is clean and full... More

We stayed in the first floor suite with King bed and large bathroom. The room itself was cute with a fireplace and balcony. Old TV. Not much privacy since to get to our room we had to go through the small Inn living room, open to those staying at the Inn. The kitchen is just there, there was juice and... More

Check in and breakfast are down the street and around the corner at the Sherwood Inn. We were in the modern building in back of the pictured old brick one. Room was clean, bed comfortable and bathroom functional. On the ground floor opening onto grassy area ad sadly like many hotel rooms no comfortable chairs and not lights with enough... More

Nice room, run by Sherwood Inn. Air conditioning wasn't able to keep up with the 90 degree heat. Niagara Room bathroom is in the hallway. Lovely breakfast at the inn. Fair last-minute price ($120 US) and great location made the stay worthwhile.

Anniversary celebration began on the enclosed sunporch, we stayed on the ground floor suite. The king sized bed and fireplace in the bedroom had its own porch, the sitting room opened into the house living room, and the bath was spacious with plenty of towels. Coffee was available first thing in the morning and the full breakfast at the Sherwood... More

Spent an overnighter at the Arbor House for our anniversary. The inn is connected with the Sherwood Inn; need I say more? The suite was lovely, fresh and stylish with a state of the art bathroom, great linens and high class toiletries. Our room had a lovely little balcony overlooking a pond with ducks. The staff was marvelous, desk clerks... More
