We've told everyone we know to come stay at The Nash. My husband and I booked their "smaller" room (it's not small) for 2 nights and ended up extending to 3. Fabulous decor, room is comfortable, very clean, well appointed. Comfy queen bed, beautiful linens, GREAT shower, air-conditioning. There's not a TV, but there is an iPad and we were there to see theater each night anyway. Room rate comes with a delicious made to order breakfast of all locally sourced ingredients (PS- book your dinner at the restaurant; best meal in the area). Jim is a delightful host and Norm is a fantastic chef. We will be back! Highly recommend.

Our recent stay at The Nash far exceeded expectations! We stayed in room 5 which was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. Great shower! Had a made to order delicious breakfast the next morning and Jim shared some history of the area with us. The only thing that could have made it better was if we’d been there on a night that their restaurant 204 Main was open for dinner. Will definitely stay again when we are in that part of upstate NY.

Fabulous small hotel! Well appointed, super clean, quiet and comfortable.
Jim will treat you like family, professionally taking care of any and all needs.
Restaurant below is equally amazing. Kudos to the chef and waitstaff.
Sharon Springs was a welcome diversion in the middle of these strange times.

Jim was an excellent host. The hotel is a hidden gem in Sharon Springs. The food was also amazing! Both breakfast and dinner were 5 stars. We stayed on our way through NY and would definitely stay here again. Make sure you check out the local shops in town.

This is a great place. Jim and his partner have done a wonderful job. We stayed in the suite (#5) and it was just terrific. Well appointed, tasteful and whimsical with a huge living room/kitchen. In much the same way, the food at 204 Bistro was tasty and creative - complimentary breakfast was terrific with omelettes, pancakes and other goodies. The town is very cute - home to the Beekman boys and the American Hotel (nice for dinner). Go for a lovely get-away weekend.

I don't know that I can say enough good things about The Nash. It was cozy and comfortable immediately upon entering. It was warm and welcoming and spotless. I wish my apartment was this nice! The furnishings were great and everything we needed was in the room. My wife and I actually spent part of the evening just relaxing in the space. The next morning we were greeted with breakfast at our door and had a fantastic meal at the table in our room's kitchen. Jim was excellent and so attentive. I recommend anyone thinking of staying the night in Sharon Springs to check out The Nash. I know you won't be disappointed. Also, don't forget to have a meal downstairs at 204 Main. The grilled cheese was delicious!

Even frozen rain can't dampen the relaxed weekend. Accommodations are warm and cozy on a cold night. The monitor in the room has an HDMI connection to make a rainy night into movie night with the laptop. WiFi makes working remote at the dining room table in our suite a breeze. The new king size duvet on the queen bed ensured no fights over covers ;)

Terrific stay for those who like the slighly off the beaten track. I travelled to SS with my adult daughter, so it was more of a friends getaway for a day;and I grew up in the area, so I am familiar with the town and its history, which is quite unique. So the trip was part nostalgia and part a glimpse into imaginative possibiities for the town's future.
I loved the modern decor and contemporary art blended with the renovated space of the old town bank\post office space above The Main Street Bistro. Jim and Norm, the owners, were casually friendly yet generous and considerate hosts. Jim served meals and beverages to our room. Norm created wonderful food. It all worked in harmony with the surrounding village and natural spaces in this once busy mineral springs resort.

Sharon Springs has been a destination for over 100 years and keeps reinventing itself. With the addition a few more rooms in town, The Nash gives the traveler a new experience in this quaint village and provides another reinvention of the getaway.

Decor is modern and sleek with a touch of whimsy. It celebrates the past by thoughtful reuse of the spaces of an old bank; where offices may have been for the loan department, now one finds comfortable beds, sleek en suite, and even a place to whip up a bowl of macaroni and cheese on a cold winters night. Guest should find the pace relaxed and more along the lines of extended stay concept versus a full service inn. Continental breakfast was included and coffee service to the room was available.

With such wonderful and cozy accommodations popping up along Main Street, Sharon Springs will continue to grow and reinvent itself. Such a great place to relax!

King size bed! Yes please. This large room sleeps 3 with the super posh lounge couch that can be used as a single. Not this trip as it was the perfect place to read, nap and relax. The bathroom has a wonderful rain shower. Modern touches and art fill the space and welcome any traveler looking for adventure.

There are flatscreen TVs in Suite #3 and #5 King. Both are Apple TV. There is an iPad in Room #4. We do not have a workout room.
