Total tennis is the place to go if you want a few days of great instructions, great food and a great atmosphere..This is my third year here and each year gets better.. The price is awesome!! The instructors are so good and give the best instructions.. 3 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. The food is... More

I've been to Total Tennis numerous times: both with groups of friends and solo. The value of this instructional tennis camp is unparalleled. The atmosphere is relaxed, but professional. The food is great and there is a great balance of tennis instruction (for all levels!) and time to socialize. It was really upsetting to see some of the scathing reviews... More

This was my second time coming to TT, brought my wife this time-who is a beginner and had a blast! Instruction is top notch, great for all levels- my wife has been bitten by the tennis bug! and the food is amazing, which is welcome after 5hrs of tennis! The accommodations are rustic but you're not gonna spend a lot... More

My husband and I spent two nights here recently and really enjoyed ourselves. We ended up in appropriate groups (although my husband's 4.0 group was more heterogeneous than my 3.0 group), felt the instruction was good (great in my case), enjoyed the food and liked the overall vibe of the camp. We met some really nice people, too. As long... More

This is a wonderful fun place! If you're not planning a country club experience, you like fun people and lot's of tennis you'll have a good time. The instructors are well versed in every level, helpful, and organized. My second trip hit a rainy day. Fortunately they were not at capacity and the time was spaced out with larger groups... More

As other reviews like to say, the accommodations are not luxurious. But if you ask for one of the newer rooms they are clean, comfortable and welcoming. And you'll only be there while sleeping. Otherwise you'll be on the courts with fabulous coaches (Vic is amazing - positive, encouraging, great analytical skills); eating amazingly fresh and varied meals in the... More

I knew Total Tennis wasn't a luxury resort (I'd been once many years ago) but it really seemed old and tired. (No updates since the heyday of the Catskills!) My room was ok but the shower was really bad (unadjustable-scalding then cold) not what you want after 5 hours on a tennis court in 90+ degree heat. The food is... More

My husband and I have been going to Total Tennis for years now. It is the well known best tennis getaway in the NYC area and one of the best values. We came again over Memorial Day Weekend and as always had an amazing time. It's a very special place for so many reasons. The resort captures that nostalgic feeling... More

This was my second visit to Total Tennis in the last 3 years or so. Don't expect a resort because it is not - it is tennis camp. The rooms are very basic and maybe could use some paint, but clean. The food is good - wholesome, fresh, quality, well-prepared, and plentiful. Some reviewers complain about the lack of variety,... More

Just returned from a 2 night stay with a group of 9 girlfriends, we all loved it!! Our instructors were awesome, so positive and helpful! This year we were able to play outside during our breaks which was so much fun! The food is delicious and plentiful. The rooms are very rustic, but clean and convenient to the courts and... More
