We had a reservation. After a day full of outdoor activities, we arrived at the campground, anticipating a quiet night's sleep before heading out early for another day. To a great surprise, the owner who greeted us pointed to an obscure rule forbidding setting up tents after 10PM. We only arrived at 10.40, not in the middle of the night!... More

If all you're doing is stopping overnight, this KOA will do. Bathrooms are clean close to campground (called outhouses), with flush toilets and newer. Shower houses are dated, and in serious need of an upgrade, and not just for cosmetic purposes. Our site was large, with a falling down fire ring and a picnic table with moss growing on it.... More

We spent 2 nights in the recent July heat. The site was a pull through for our 40 ft class A motor home and tow vehicle. The site was so large, we could have fit another RV also. The park was quiet and rustic with large shad trees. I did use the laundry room. It was clean. There was a... More

This KOA is very nice, the owners are very friendly and do a great job keeping the campground up. I really like that they strictly enforce their quiet hours, having 2 small children it's nice to not have to worry about noise during quiet hours. I would recommend this KOA to anyone.

We reserved a tent site for one night. They are small and some are extremely close to each other. An area that counts as two separate sites should really be one campsite in most situations. The kids had a great time in the pool. Bathrooms were clean and fellow guests were well-mannered. Game room is shabby.. Machine ate our quarters.... More

We were looking to catch another camping trip in the cooler weather before buttoning up for the winter. I am very glad we chose to stay here. Bathrooms were clean and heated, the people were friendly and the sites were nice and wooded. We look forward to staying here again.

After a long day's drive, this was a welcome stop. It is easy to find; a few miles off the Interstate but no turns. The campground is heavily wooded and well laid out. The bathrooms were clean and the people could not have been any nicer. I'd happily stay here again.

Beautiful campground, very friendly and helpful stuff, extremly clean showers and bathrooms! The sites do have a nice size, so nobody is walking through your "livingroom". Fast WiFi. A perfect place to stay.

We stopped at the Saugerties/N.Woodstock KOA on our way south, it has a very good location close to I-87. The staff was very friendly and we had a really good site! They have easy to get on WiFi and cable tv. We will b e using them as our stop over point for the foreseeable future. I recommend them if... More

This campground is in great location with easy access from NY Thruway. Campground is forested with sites for RV, Tent and Cabins. The trees require you pay attention as you park but mostly sites were easy to maneuver with large rig and somewhat level. But mud is an issue. Some sites appear to have been recently graveled but weren't being used.... More
