Finding a great B&B is like finding a good, dependable babysitter - there are plenty of B&B's out there, but do you really want to waste your night out on a bad one? One that makes you worry that something could go wrong, that you chose poorly or that despite all appearances ends up letting you down in the end. When you find one of these gems, people tend to keep it to themselves out of fear that when they want to use it, it won't be available. Circular Manor is such a gem! It is IDEALLY situated so that you can walk or bike to virtually any restaurant or activity in Saratoga Springs. I recently took my wife to celebrate her birthday and it was wonderful! We walked to dinner every night at a new restaurant - all of which were only a few short blocks away. The owners, Michelle and Deiter, were very helpful in giving dining and activity advice.

Every morning we enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the porch. Breakfast was amazing! There was always a choice between a sweet and a savory dish with eggs any style as a third option along with fresh fruit and juice as an appetizer. The food tasted professionally prepared!

The home is a beautifully restored Victorian with rich dark wood throughout and decorated impeccably with period pieces and a designer's eye. The room and grounds were clean and well maintained. The owners were always available and eager to assist with any questions we might have. We stayed in the suite since it was a special occasion and it was perfect. My wife enjoyed the sitting room to read in the mornings and evenings (I've attached a pic). The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows (I didn't have a pic without our stuff in it). The private bathroom had some of the fluffiest towels I've ever used. All of the other guests were friendly, several of which were repeat customers (as I said, once you find a gem like this, you tend to stop looking). The porch was a great spot to relax and read or socialize.

I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Saratoga Springs and I believe that was largely due to where I stayed. It's a great town and there are lots of things to see and do. Being close enough to walk to everything (including the race track) and having knowledgeable and attentive hosts made it that much more memorable. I look forward to returning!

We stayed here for 2 nights in August. The home is beautiful, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Wine was available in the early evening and there were also welcome shortbread cookies waiting for us in the room. You are a very short walk from the main street so very convenient for dinner and the local gardens. It also walkable to the race track. The weather was very nice and we were able to have breakfast on the very large porch each morning. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Dieter was very helpful with suggestions regarding restaurants and activities and a very nice host. We stayed in the Sage room which was lovely, but all the rooms looked very nice. We ate at Scallions which is about 2 blocks away for lunch and dinner and highly recommend it as well. We have stayed at many B and Bs over the years and this is one of the best!

My husband researched and arranged this lovely trip to Saratoga. We had been looking forward to exploring this area for some time and this beautiful bed and breakfast was perfectly located to easily see all the sights… even the horse races were within walking distance!!
Excellent location! A neighborhood filled with beautiful homes and also a short walk to great restaurants.
This B&B was THE BEST!
Our host and hostess were so welcoming and so helpful, They offered guidance on restaurants, hikes, where to find the famous springs and pools and baths.. the inside knowledge about the preservation of this historic area, and all the excitement of the race track. The Manor itself is spotless and beautifully decorated… I can see so many photos have already been shared here! It’s simply gorgeous.
Breakfast was fantastic.. I felt like royalty, sitting on the massive porch , being served fresh fruit, orange juice and 2 warm blueberry pancakes with Vermont maple syrup, so deliciously fluffy. The best I have ever had. All the breakfasts were delicious. That’s how our days began…and they ended with complimentary wine… and a recap of the day’s adventures…back on the porch.
Absolutely loved staying here! Lovely sights, lovely hosts, lovely B&B. Thank you!
We will be back!
Dieter and Michelle , host and hostess of the Manor are the very best of the best.

Beautifully restored Victorian in walking distance to shops, restaurants and the race track. Dieter and Michelle are gracious hosts and make you feel so comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and is served either in the dining room, or on the wrap-around porch - divine.

We look forward to staying with you again!

Staying at Circular Manor was the highlight of our Saratoga Springs trip! Michele, Dieter, and Emma (their pup) are genuinely wonderful people and it was so refreshing! As a Victorian home owner, I know what it takes to love and care for these types of homes and you can tell they put their heart/soul into it. It was quiet at night, they offered parking which was a HUGE perk/relief, and the breakfast was better than what you can get at a restaurant! Additionally, the location was perfect and it was easy to walk to dinning/shopping. I'm not easily impressed now a days but they truly blew us away!! Definitely our best vacation stay to date! We can't wait to come back in the near future! Thank you for your spectacular hospitality!!

We are beyond thrilled to find this well appointed and keenly managed Bed & Breakfast in Saratoga Springs! Perfect for visitors to Saratoga Race Course!

Super Victorian, but very warm and comfortable, with a hip and thoughtful vibe. Michelle and Dieter are amazing and gracious hosts (and people!). We stayed 4 nights in their lovely Hydrangea Suite. Michelle has curated a charming, fresh space with well thought and imaginative touches you continue to discover throughout this alluring property. Dieter's breakfasts are yummy! The wrap around porch is inviting and enabled us take in the late August mornings and evenings. Parking is easy and on property. Walking to the track is very doable.

Fine linens and towels are provided although expedia noted to bring your own.

We recommend!

Beautiful home; charming and gracious hosts. Short distance from shops, racetrack and Congress Park. We visited in August and the room was very warm. We had to use the floor fan provided in the room. Front room not as quite due to passing street traffic at night.

My husband and I stayed at Circular Manor for a weekend in the fall. The hosts/owners were friendly and gracious, the rooms were beautiful and the breakfast (served in the dining room) was wonderful. In my opinion, the B&B's location is one of the best around - in walking distance to both the racetrack and downtown Broadway, where all the shops, restaurants are. Highly recommended!
