I didn't see the suite myself, but I would assume so. You would be best to contact the Inn at Saratoga directly.

I suggest your check on a map app such as Google maps. I think the Dance museum is in the large park where the baths and performing arts center. If that is the case, then maybe 7-10 mins by car.
