This maybe perfectly fine if you are here fishing and staying at the motel, but if you are planning to stay here as a stop off on your journey then I would say keep on going. The house is dark and creepy. The bedding didn't appear to have been washed as it smelt stale and had a long black hair... More

This is a perfect place to stay in Roscoe for fishermen. The motel accommodation is cheap, quite comfortable with all amenities available, and perfectly suitable for such stay. Situated right in the middle of town, one can just walk to the nearby restaurants, which is most convenient. The owners Lou and Susan are most nice people, and will make you... More

Stopped in Roscoe for an impromptu 3-day fly-fishing visit. We knew that August is not the best time for fly fishing but it was an easy deviation to our road trip. Louis (the manager) very friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the motel rooms, which was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, TV, and a second sink which came... More

I stopped here because a snow storm forced me off the road and this was the only place open. My very good fortune. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and a great overnight stay. The owner, Louie, was very friendly and helpful. Charged normal price when he could have charged me anything and I'd have paid it. Next to a gas... More

We recently spent one night at the Reynolds House Inn. We stayed in the house itself in the Rosewood Room. It was a cozy clean room with comfortable bed and warm linens. Owner Lou was sitting on the porch when we arrived. He was friendly and helpful, willing to suggest places to eat when we inquired. Would return if in... More

Owners are friendly and personable. Room was clean albeit small but very reasonably priced. I would stay here again. Lou offered fishing advice and went out of his way to make sure my trip was an enjoyable experience.

Very nice and helpful owners.Would have been better stay if they would have pet free rooms. Our blankets were dirty with hair and grass which took away some of the quality. The walls of the motel are paper thin and our next door guest had the T.V. loud until midnight when we asked him to lower it down.

First time staying at Reynolds House in the Catskills and we had a great time. Stayed in a motel room with a cute kitchen. Room was clean and comfortable. Lou, the owner, was very friendly and a great host. Great place for trout fishing, but didn't catch anything! Perhaps next time! Would definitely stay here again!

We came to the area for a wedding in the Catskills. We arrived a little late due to traffic and out bound trains from penn station in NYC. Upon arrival Lou greeted us and gave us some pointers about the area. Room was nice and well taken care of. It reminded me of going to Wisconsin Dells in the summer... More
