Very nice and clean hotel! Very good breakfast also! We stayed in an amazing one bedroom suite (bedroom with 2 queen beds and a living room with a couch, one more tv, table and 4 chairs and counter with sink). It's a separate building, called Lodge with 4 stars. Very nice stay in a very good neighbourhood!

I was pleased to be accommodated about one hour before official sign in. Desk manager was very friendly.The room and bathroom were in good shape and room temperature was easy to mange to the zone of my comfort.Despite very noisy location of the hotel I was not feel much noise in the room and was capable to sleep quite well. The abilities to take supplemental tea downstairs was very convenient, so I used one at night . Breakfast was quite adequate to the price paid for the room.

This is my first time staying in a Country Inn & Suites and it went well. We arrived late in the evening for check-in and the front desk was welcoming. We were staying for 3 nights and were informed that there would not be daily maid service. For us, this is fine. I don't wash my sheets every day at home and don't need new ones every day in a hotel. We were provided plenty of towels and other necessities in the room. We were towards the back of the hotel on the 2nd floor and had no noise issues at all. The beds were very comfortable. This is definitely an older hotel that has been refurbished and the bathroom was pretty small compared to newer hotels. Also, what appeared in the online pictures to be a full wall between the bedroom and living room is actually only a partial wall with openings at both ends. This did make it difficult to have true privacy between the spaces. We did not use the sofa bed so I can not speak to its comfort. The hotel is in a safe area and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

This was a clean, comfortable, and convenient place for us to stay while visiting a friend in the Rochester area. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There were ample breakfast offerings, and other snacks (many healthy!) and beverages available throughout the day in the lobby. And fresh-baked cookies in the afternoon! But if you're going to stay here, I highly recommend requesting a room on the second (top) floor. Regrettably, the joists between the two floors are squeaky, and even if your upstairs neighbors are not jumping or running around, you will hear every step they take if you're in the room below.

We just stayed at this hotel while visiting U of Rochester for Graduation. It is about 10-15 mins from campus and it was well worth the drive to save $$. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I love the fact that coffee is available 24/7 . They also had delicious cookies and snacks out all day. The staff was very friendly too. The bathroom was a bit small but otherwise fine.

The airbnb we were moving to had an issue and needed to make repairs so we had to go to the hotel at the last minute. They were very accommodating and the room was comfortable. When we needed additional supplies they had them right there at the front desk and everyone wore a mask.

We booked a king-size suite. The room was huge. It was equipped with a fridge and microwave. There was plenty of parking available. Complementary breakfast was provided in the hotel lobby which consisted of juices, yogurt, cereal, some pastries, and breakfast sandwich. Our room was quiet and clean. Our room was located on the second floor of the Lodge building. The only thing is that we were not informed that there was no elevator. We had two pieces of luggage, including one larger suitcase to have to lift up the stairs. Luckily, we didn't have any major issues, so the stairs were manageable for us. It would have been helpful to be informed about that beforehand. Otherwise, I think that this hotel is still a good option in the area.

We are at this hotel currently and I will never ever stay again! It’s not very clean, the bedding is gross, bathroom isn’t very clean, toilet barely flushes, and the wifi constantly goes in and out. Worst of all the room next to us is smoking pot. And as of now nothing is being done about it and I have 2 young children in the room with me. Never again … terrible experience!

We were very satisfied with Country Inn & Suites. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Somewhat disappointed upon arrival, appeared to be a typical motel, corridors not representative of the quality of cleaning and service. After entering the room, sleeping in the room, and experiencing the customer service, we will stay at the Country Inn & Suites when we return to Rochester.

Not sure what you are asking. Did the corporate website say they were going under renovations?
When we were there in May the place was fine: clean, friendly and very accommodating (see my review).
I would suggest you call directly and ask. We were very happy with our stay, as per my review.
There are more places to choose from in the Rochester area.
