The corner suite assigned to me was most comfortable, well-maintained, and very quiet. My night of sleep was perfect on the most comfortable bed. The views over the Genesee River were noteworthy. Service was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, view ehh but they have big windows to make it appear as if the room is huge. Room wasn’t that big but enough to move around. My first choice was staying there. Probably would have designed room differently
Was there for 3 nights for a conference, all meals included. The room was comfortable and clean, very comfortable bed. It was, however, a really long walk to the elevators and there were only two elevators, not enough.
