Stayed one night here to visit the Rochester Red Wings baseball team and then do a little shopping in nearby Victor. Nice hotel, very clean, very comfy beds & pillows. Located in a great spot, easy to walk to everything. For a quick getaway, you can't go wrong!

Stayed here as part of a team. Hotel is nice and quite. Rooms are clean and appear renovated at some point in the past. The staff was courteous. Visited the gym which was the usual hotel gym but was clean and in order. The beds were very comfortable. The parking was easy and cheap. I would add a mini fridge...

Well run and efficient, friendly reasonable people running the hotel. The rooms are brand new and very clean and comfortable. Quiet, peaceful, huge. A nice place. I wrote in an earlier review about the Rochester Radisson that they refused to let me check in without a credit card, in spite of the room being paid for in advance, and my...

We attended the CDR/RCIL Year End Party last night in ballrooms 1 & 2. The meal was buffet-style and I just have to say the cooks, chefs, bakers and wait staff did a tremendous job in terms of preperation and service. My husband and I are vegeterians and too often, vegetables are overcooked, smushy and favorless. Not so for the...

All I can say was the staff was wonderful. Had long conversation with the folks at the front desk and they were gracious and very pleasant to talk to. They accommodated us in any way they could knowing that the hotel was booked. Every time we called the front desk for towels, shampoo, etc., they were up with the items...

We attended a company Christmas party in the Grand Ballroom, followed by an overnight stay. Service was good at the bars, and at the food and meat carving stations, but the food was average, and the meat was cold, as was the au jus for the beef. I expected the hotel to be a bit noisy, being in the downtown...

Going to an event a Blue Cross Arena and want to avoid the hassle of finding parking - then this is the hotel for you. Also, walking distance to Dunkin Donuts too. The only downfall is if you are planning on an indoor pool for kids - you have to go in the summer time. Also, no continental breakfast but...

Good was clean and decent. Breakfast worth skipping. The bar is great for a meal and beer. Very near the convention center so it tends to get busy during those periods. Walking distance to the Hyatt. Pizza and Chinese take always round the corner. Take note that there is no Uber in upstate New York so you have to call...

We had a quick overnight trip to vise U of Rochester. We booked the hotel on short notice based on its listing on the U or R website. It did not disappoint. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon hearing that we were visiting the school, the desk attendant automatically applied...
