Friendly staff. Too bad the fire alarm woke the entire hotel early in the morning while still sleeping. With all hotel guests in front of the hotel (some in pyjama's) we received just a simple sorry by one of the staff members. They could have done better for their guests. I will skip this hotel next time.
This is a beautiful hotel, clean and welcoming with an awesome restaurant for breakfast or dinner and great bar service. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the interior and exterior of the buildings are beautifully maintained. Highly recommend.
Hilton did a good job during the pandemic. However we will stay clear as with this hotel, conditions are not improving. Not happy with Hilton's policy now of not including breakfast with Gold status. What is the point? A/C unit very noisy. Sheets mediocre. Terrible access to road if you want to go East you must go on a wild loop to the W and through the outlet mall. No walkability either. Understandable that staff is limited and the staff here does a good job. Hilton not helping.
No no,thank you not again.Very noisy hotel with no rules for quite hours, especially at night times three from four nights stay upset and no sleep .... A tired hotel (furniture and aircon) with some fantastic guys staff special at the bar, thanks to Veronika,Barbara,Jonathan,Jenny. I can't say the same for the reception and managers staff except F&B manager Roger, who apologize today for this bad situation. My opinion, is look for another hotel chain where you will pay less (I payed for this tragedy 350 USD )money .with more and good hospitality.
Front desk rep was lukewarm at best pn arrival although better at checkout. Nice enough room. Had mini fridge and microwave and keurig coffee maker. Comfortable beds.The sink drained slowly.Tgere was no small extra table. No ice machine on our floor.
As a diamond member, I have a certain expectation of what a Hilton stay should encompass. My experience at this hotel was disgraceful. Unsupervised children, illegal drug use, intoxicated guests, physical altercations, rude staff and management, and excessive noise -- this hotel had it all. Management did nothing to resolve our concerns and the abhorrent behavior only grew worse each day we stayed at the hotel. Hilton should bulldoze this property and put it out of its misery. This is a dangerous hotel -- STEER CLEAR!
Smell was not good, sometimes even stinky. Many really strange and also noisy! No room service, only on request. Even trash can wasn’t emptied once with a stay of five days. Also no change of linen. Breakfast was good and staff in restaurant nice
We stayed over night after celebrating a wedding at the Aquabogue. The only complaint I can have about the stay is that the bar closed at 10 pm. Other than that-all was great! The room was very clean and service was helpful.
I stayed here for work in the area, and brought my daughter with me. The outdoor hot tub was great, as well as the breakfast. In a rush to work I forgot a doll of my daughter, and the staff found it and helped me get it back.
Location was across the street from ranger outlets. Holiday traffic is bad and if you miss the light, you have to make a massive u-turn. Other than that, hotel was somewhat cleaned and friendly staff.
