With the river directly beside the B and B, access is easy and very close. The city has put new walkways in on both sides of the river. The basement of the 1880 house has an area for wet waders, and access inside so you can remove your gear inside. Comfy beds, and old Victorian ambiance makes it a pleasant... More

We enjoyed our recent visit. Convenient location where a decent restaurant and several other eateries are easy walking distance. This is an enchanting historic home but comfortable. Loved the French onion soup as well. Linda is a great lady, very relaxed. Plus she has a pretty and friendly cat!

We have been coming to the 1880 House for more than a decade now. It remains our #1 choice when we're in the Pulaski, NY area. The accommodations are great, and the service is outstanding. Linda is an amazing host who really does make people feel like their staying at a friend's house. And the hot and hearty soups waiting... More

Arrived at the 1880 House for winters sports fun. Given the lack of snow, we had to adjust plans accordingly... The stay was still a success! Near enough to Canada, some NY wineries and natural resources we had a great time. Now about the B&B: our stay included continental breakfast (a full breakfast is also available). If you stay over... A rare find! Fishing with 4 friends, the food is fabulous and location and parking all work just fine. Clean and well kept. Linda does a terrific job, and all of her staff work hard to keep things just right

I stayed in the single room for the weekend as I was in town for steelhead fishing. Linda has several kinds of delicious soups waiting for you for your afternoon arrival. A delicious and filling breakfast in the morning. Most of the folks at 1880 House are in town for salmon and steelhead fishing. There is a lot of interesting... More

A friend and I came to Pulaski for the legendary Salmon that run this river. I couldn't have ask for a better place to stay. Clean rooms were outfitted with TV's, fans, clean linens, and outdoor access to a large sprawling deck. The owner was a wonderful hostess. Regardless of time of day or night, great food was right at... More

The House is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We had a group of 20 and very comfortably fit. LInda was very accommodating and very responsive if we had questions. We have gone on trips almost every year to differnt locations with groups of around 20 and this was the best accommodations yet.

We stayed here for a week in July for a family reunion of 25 people. I couldn't have found a better place! We rented the whole house and annex next door which gave us 10 bedrooms, many that had their own bathrooms. The location is excellent with a small park across the street for playing catch, the Salmon river behind... More
