Overall we were very happy without stay, I was trying to book online, however never being here before I called with questions about more detaied site info.The woman I spoke with was very informative and set us up with the perfect site for our family. I was however disappointed with the ponds in the park, they were quite neglected resulting in us not being able to take our girls fishing within the camp ground which they were really looking forward to. Also the park is very large from end to end and they do allow golf carts which is great however they don't rent them out, an individual, I'm assuming who is a permanent camper does however a daily rental cost more than our site itself. I would recommend the park looks into offering rentals themselves. Pricing within the camp store and restaurants however was very reasonable. Overall we were very pleased with our first stay at Brennan Beach.

Being charged for Wifi, being told that we were responsible for cleaning out our overflowing fire pits, and being charged an extra $30 on top of the regular fee for the night because we wanted to come a day early due to the forecasted rain on our original arrival date, were all big turnoffs. We've camped there many times over the past 10 years, but we have removed it from our list of favorites. Not saying we wouldn't come back at all, but we would think twice.

We arrived and checked in quickly and easily. The stay was exactly what we expected. Lives that we could walk to whatever we chose to do. The pool was very clean and welcoming. After a heavy rain, our campsite was checked over and the sand swept away from under our canopy

The first day, Sunday, July 18, we reported the bathroom door was inoperative, also there were numerous cigarette butts in the fire pit that hadn't been removed prior to our arrival. The people told us that it would be fixed the next day. The mechanic came but was unable to repair the doorknob, so would return the following day (Tuesday, July 20) after retrieving the part from Lowes in the MORNING. That AFTERNOON, the mechanic said they didn't have the right part, and they needed to order it via Amazon, and it would be there later that week; after we left. The sliding door was also stiff to move, and the doorknob to the bedroom was loose but operational. Due to the fact it took 3 days to get an unsatisfactory resolution to the bathroom doorknob, we chose to not "inconvenience" the staff by asking for more help. When we checked out, we were told that we would have to pay for the broken bathroom doorknob, as well as a TV that had "blown speakers." We have 3 children, aged 10, 11, and 13 all of which have their iPad and iPhones, and therefore we did not even turn on the TV to have caused this to happen. I would like a return phone call, from the parent company representative to discuss this further, I can be reached at (XXX) XXX-XXXX. Upon returning to the resort on Friday, July 23, to retrieve an item we accidentally left there, we were told that we would be receiving a bill for said damaged items. I left my lawyer's contact information and asked that not only the "bill" be sent to me, but also to be cc'd to my lawyer for their own reference to this matter. The stay was wholly unacceptable from my standpoint—pronouns he, him, and his—had to leave my cabin to use the restroom, as my children are all girls, and it would be absolutely unacceptable for them to accidentally walk in on me while using the toilet. I shared all of this with the older male gentleman when I checked out on Thursday, July 22.

Great weather, beautiful beach weather.you could swim at the beach but only about 100x10 yards.Stones not sand beach. Pools closed limited activities. Had a great time with family untill night time. Drunks loudmouth adults,driving around till at least 1am. Seems they have hundreds of golf karts some with a stereo that they play as loud as they want. The foul language we heard on the site next door was loud and all by 3 adult women. F- bomb every other word. One more thing i asked for a wooded site and had to move from the open field and then was charged $150 instead of $75. This was corrected very quick and easy.

We have been to too many parks that after they get your money they point to the site and move to the next. The staff at Brennan Beach is there when you ask questions and need anything. Park Patrol at night was courteous and endearing. Maintenance blocked traffic on the causeway for the few minutes it took to find a bolt from a bike and was cordial and sincere to all the children in our group. Awesome people.

This place really disappointed. We called before we made a reservation to ask about booking a site next to our friends that would be camping with us. They told us it would not be a problem and to leave a note in the comments. After booking, our friends called to confirm and we were told everything was all set. Weeks later, when we received information on our sites, we were not actually together. We both called and were told there was nothing we could do about it. When we arrived at our site, the site next to us was empty and could have easily been switched with our friends. Front desk would not do it. They told us it “wouldn’t be fair”. Fair? We weren’t asking for an upgrade...simply to be next to our friends as we were promised. There was no service once in the resort. It was a hassle to PAY for wifi and that didn’t even work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Sites are small, no garbage pick up, store hours were not as posted. We tried to get firewood only to find the store to be closed before the times posted in the flyers we received at check in. We were very disappointed with this trip especially for the amount of money we paid to stay here. Will not be coming back!

Very nice and clean, staff was friendly. Will be staying again. Campsite was clean and level for my camper. The food in the restaurant was very good. It was a short walk down to the lake. The employees did an amazing job at keeping the bathrooms clean and the grounds crew as well going site to site to clean and pick up any sticks.

Fantastic location for your family. Pool was beautiful and so was the beach the sunsets over Lake Ontario are absolutely gorgeous. Also Donald the lifeguard at the lake was so amazing and attentive! We highly recommend this location to anyone that’s looking for fun

Our stay was very enjoyable. We were delighted to be right near the beach. The park is very large, and next time we will be sure to rent a golf cart.
Staff was very friendly and made sure to offer the best service possible.
There was a severe storm one night, and seasonal renters went out of their way to help people near them to get awnings put away and make sure items were secure.

Yes they have carts for rent but we didn't so I don't know the process
I' sorry but we did no use those facilities. I have a motor home that handles my needs. We do wash when we get home.
